System arrived with the nastiest cheap keyboard and mouse, but hey for the price I thought "ok can get a new keyboard and mouse"If this was the only fault I would have been happy. Shame the DVD drive (Super drive) did not read discs. Which of been useful considering the system was unstable and would often fail to boot up without a full power down (i.e. un plug from wall etc)Well of course I requested a return. This is when the company showed it's true budget colours. They request you pay for the return and of course insure the item. SHAME THEY DON'T actually pay for that insurance and only cover a small fee for the return. USELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Arrived so quickly. Setup not smooth, as keyboard and mouse were not recognised at first, making internet connection etc difficult. After changing batteries and realising you need to click the mouse to see it onscreen (my first cordless), everything went fine.Now I can’t stop playing with it, touching it and crooning over it, (my mates think I’m mad, but I’m in love).One annoyance - @ symbol not where it should be as it’s a Windos keyboard (yuck), but considering it saved me buying one and a mouse, I’m willing to live with it (for a while anyway).Important News - My iMac and I are to be married next month 😛

Although this was a seemingly refurbished machine it was in immaculate condition, not a mark or scratch, or evidence of being previously owned anywhere on it. As the headline says, I've always been a 'Windows PC' type bloke, so the Mac operating system was totally alien to me, and believe me, it takes a bit to get used to. I've had it now for about a month, and obviously I'm still learning, but I've got the hang of most of the basics. The monitor is excellent and the bonus (although I might regret saying this one day) is the only actual wires you need to connect to the system is the power cord. All the computer gubbins is inside the back of the monitor. Although I can see this 'might' pose a problem if there's an issue with one of the components, in that the whole thing would need to be sent away for repair. I would have given it a 5* rating, but 'for me' on a personal level, it's difficult to get used to. People I've spoken to, say once you 'master' it, you will never go back to a Windows operating system.

Arrived well packed, and within the delivery time. The iMac took about 10 mins to set up, once we got the wireless keyboard to connect - the problem with the keyboard was caused by flat batteries. This is the second iMac we have owned, the first was brand new, and cost a fortune, this was quater the price and just as good!!!

Love the Mac. It looks so nice. I am so pleased I bought it but, should there be noise on it like your fridge is working? That wasn't there initially. In the middle of using the computer someone suddenly came on and inform me that the computer is very corrupted and needed to be sorted out quickly, that scared me to death . They took over my computer for quite a while to sort it out and I was charged an awful lot of money. I am scared I have ben scammed I wish someone would help me. I want my money back. That happened so quickly the second day of using the computer. I was so scared and wondered, if this was renewed, should it be so corrupted. Please would someone help. I was charged an awful lot of money and will have to pay my credit card with interest. It would have been better if I had bought a new Mac. Please I need help. I am sure I was scammed. Help!

Arrived well packed and was set up within 20 minutes, I was not impressed with the dictation app though, the microphone dropped out whilst using the facility and had to be reset again time and time again, this is not good as I do have quite a lot of word processing do, however, I am quite impressed with the computer and its functions and it looks new,Bluetooth is not even installed as described on Amazon.Trade description act ??

Bought the iMac from CRS-U.K., absolutely fantastic! Works out of the box, easy to set up. Have already made children 's accounts with parental controls. Seller very helpful to answer my initial emails on dispatch and provide tracking details . Was quickly dispatched and received in a day. Much appreciated. Thank you.

My iMac arrived 4 days early.Very well packaged.It's in perfect condition.Very easy to setup and using it within minutes. Came with bluetooth keyboard n mouse that connected quickly, buta bit small for me so I will upgrade soon.So a very impressive iMac computer with a great delivery service.Well done IT Trade Services Ltd.
