Perfect for a variety of uses... excellent!
I ordered a pair of NoCry Professional Knee Pads with Heavy Duty Foam Padding & Comfortable Gel Cushion, Strong Double Straps & Adjustable Easy-Fix Clips from Amazon. On receiving my order there was a part missing on one of the knee pads. I contacted the seller, NoCry, on 24 June @ 17:17 to request either a refund or a replacement set of knee pads. I received an immediate response (exactly 2 minutes later @ 17:19) from Raino the founder of NoCry, which is a small and inventive company located in the tech-savvy Northern European country of Estonia, offering to personally replace the knee pads for free or a full refund, no questions or hassles. Further he said that there was no need to return the knee pads I originally purchased. All I had to do was respond to his email. I responded to Raino’s email saying that the knee pads where exactly what I wanted & that I wished to accept his offer of a replacement set. I received a further email from Raino on 25 June explaining why the issue with the knee pads had arisen & advising me that he had prepared a pair of replacement professional knee pads to be sent to me &that they should be delivered around July 3rd, which they were. He said that I would receive a tracking link in my email once the order had been shipped out – I did. He also offered me a full refund of the first set of knee pads I’d purchased & said there was no need to return them. The refund was processed promptly. A very positive experience with NoCry. Excellent customer service, prompt responses, fast, efficient, professional yet very friendly service. My replacement knee pads are exactly what I wanted & have been put to good use many times already. Perfect for a variety of uses. I have used them gardening, painting indoors & outdoors, scrubbing floors, putting hubcaps on my car, cleaning etc. They are comfortable, secure, easy to adjust & stay in place well. I would highly recommend both the knee pads & this seller. I have since purchased safety glasses & a protective case from NoCry… no issues whatsoever with these products either. Well done NoCry!

A biscuit incentive for a review?
Just for clarity sake I have to admit that I received a personalised biscuit shortly after my knee pads arrived with a message asking for some honest feedback so that's what they are going to get and I refuse to be biased by a biscuit. So here we go, the biscuit was a thin, square shortbread/rich tea kind of blend with an icing topping featuring No Cry symbols and had my name written on it. Think it was "Thank You Andrew." but I ate it a while back so can't fully remember. However I have to say I was a bit disappointed with the taste, there was something to it I couldn't quite identify, like either the icing or biscuit had some flavouring but couldn't quite place it. It wasn't awful, but made me not want to ever buy a pack if I saw them on sale, which is a shame. Still it was the thought that counted and I'm guessing there were some corners being cut on them, after all I did buy some knee pads and not a Rolls Royce. If Rolls Royce sent me one of those biscuits then I would be terribly disappointed, but as it was for a pair of knee pads I was pleasantly surprised and it was a nice little touch which I appreciate. Oh best review the pads as well, they are pleasantly surprising as well. Now I must admit I've not used knee pads that much as I try to avoid working on my knees. However I had a project over the xmas hols to replace the extractor fan in the tiny remains of the loft after it had been converted into a bedroom. So I figured I'd be on my knees a bit and needed some protection, especially due to my anatomy in that area. The tops of my shins tend to be quite bony and stick out further than my knees so I tend to kneel on them which is quite painful. So looking around at the large range available I started ploughing through the reviews and saw someone recommended the No Cry ones due to the fact that they hold the pads in place quite well. So I had a nosey and they looked good and I went for them. And you know what, they do hold the pads in place quite well. If knocked they would slide a bit and I'm quite a big person, rugby player type size and so getting through the hatch into the what looked quite a large loft area but then turned out to be smaller once inside would generally result in the pads getting knocked out of position a bit. However it turns out that kneeling on the edges of the pads is just as comfortable as the main part and so I would clamber in and my knees/shins would be fine and a quick adjustment and they would be back in place. So yeah I would happily recommend these pads. Like I said I've not used many pads in the past, in fact I think I've only used one pair which were hard blocks of rubber and not that comfy, better than my knees but not much better. These ones were perfect for what I needed and will happily buy more if ever needed. Actually as I was adding more insulations to the space as well while I was up there I was working on my back and sides quite a bit so need to check to see if they do any elbow and hip pads as those areas suffered a bit from lack of padding.

Fantastic......When they stay in place
Ok so first up, obviously the video of the bloke jumping into broken glass was pretty cool but I took it with a massive pinch of salt and I'm not daft enough to try this at home. That said, for what I use it for, it's brilliant! I'm a fuel tanker driver and I spend alot of time, kneeling down at petrol stations to attach the delivery hose inlet pipe which is often just below ground level. One of the other reviews said "it's like kneeling on a pillow" and I thought "Yeah, course it is 🙄" but it actually is. It's really comfortable, with these on I could comfortably stay on my knees for some time without too much discomfort. The hard exterior isn't felt through the soft padding but it does protect my knees from the hard concrete whilst also protecting my trousers from the wet from the rain and the oil from any previous spills. Now to the one downside. They don't stay up. They don't stay up at all and every time you walk, you will have to readjust them before kneeling down again. This is a massive pain in the backside, especially as you'll want to remove your greasy/oily gloves first. If you stand still, they shouldn't slide down, only if you walk more than a few steps. Contrary to what they say, cross-strapping the straps really makes ABSOLUTELY no difference to stopping them from sliding down your leg. So, to sum up: Durable, comfortable, hard-wearing, well padded...a good product, BUT, would be 5 stars if they stayed up

fantastically comfortable and hard wearing
My follow up review. I badly broke my right leg (in 5 places) a number of years ago and found working on my knees very painful after a time. I have used various things over the years from cushions to kneeling pads to ease the discomfort, none really worked. I bought a set of NO CRY pads, delivery was next day. First class. The pads are excellent. very soft insides with very hard plastic outers. The straps have easy clips and are a simple pull to adjust. I have just used them for the last week solidly working on laying a new floor on a large house. I was working on concrete, screed, underlay and then wooden floors while fitting what seemed like miles of skirting. the pads look like brand new. my knees were fine. No pains. the gel makes a massive difference. I found getting up and down as well as walking around was no issue at all. I would not now be without these pads. great product are great price. I can truly recommend this product.

Too much bulk and not enough gel cushioning
When i start my summer garden preparations, i find whilst the mind is very willing, its my back or knees that let me down in terms of how long i can spend gardening (and i don't do anything in moderation!). So over the years I've tried various kneeling pads and frames etc, then i tried knee protectors from Poundland, then later i saw these No Cry ones and decided i was a worthy case for something more comfortable that would allow me to keep going, whilst my knees floated painlessly on clouds of cushions of gel....... at least that what i hoped for..... The reality is that although these appear to be good quality, they are quite bulky to wear and i find the bulk gets in the way and the actual gel cushioned bit is relatively thin compared to what it could be like, and in comparison to the £1 foam ones from Poundland, there's not much difference between the two, in terms of the thickness of the cushioned element. I'm going to try a comparison exercise between all the various knee pads and knee protectors I've got and see where i end up.... but currently i am planning on probably returning these, as i get just as good a comfortable kneel wearing my Poundland ones. In summary, these appear to be good quality, but IMHO there's too much hard plastic bulk and not enough gel cushioning, and in essence they haven't met my expectations. I am surprised that these have got 30K+ reviews, unless they are popular with certain trade professions??

No Cry Professional knee pads.
The knee pads are as described. I have been using them on my allotment; down on my knees hand weeding. I have found them very comfortable to wear, even after two hours of kneeling. I have worn them on several occasions. Securing them on is very easy, the side fastenings are positive yet putting them on and taking them off is straightforward. I found that the upper straps tended to settle in the back of my knee joints, which was a bit uncomfortable, so I crossed the straps and since then I haven't noticed that I was wearing them. The straps needed little or no adjustment on receipt, although I found that I had to tighten the straps slightly on the right knee as the pad tended to move round the knee. The hard plastic pads at the front conformed to the shape of my knees and was a good protection against stones etc. The foam behind the pads formed around the knee joint, adding to the comfort. I have had previous styles and composition of pads, these I find to be more superior in various respects. A very good buy. I would order the same, but from limited use I think that it will be along time before that is necessary. Overall a very good buy, even though slightly more expensive than other they are worth the extra expense.

Most comfortable fit I've experienced in knee pads
First off, I used a lot of knee pads. I'm very active in my job, but I find myself kneeling down or crawling over things quite a bit. Without knee pads, I'm either in very awkward positions to do my work (as a welder), or it's just hard on the knees. The surfaces I work on are either metal or concrete. I generally work 10-11 hours a day, 5-6 days a week, so any knee pads I have get quite a bit of use out of them. One problem I've noticed that is common with knee pads is that the straps aren't that long. I generally use the kind with Velcro and they tend to think that if it's long enough to reach the pad, then it fits. The problem is there will be a pull on them throughout the day and the straps come loose. Or, worse yet, the Velcro bit it attaches to will come off the knee pad. Or the straps themselves will wear down and break (I've used a lot of knee pads). Because with the Velcro (or, more accurately, "hook and loop fastener", since it's probably not name brand Velcro) system, the user has to get it really tight each time, just so it will adhere properly. If the entire Velcro pad isn't being used, then it won't have the adhesion power to stay on throughout the day. These NoCry pads use a slightly different system where there is just a metal post and a clip that goes over it. Having never used it before, I was hesitant to purchase an item like this (also because they look different than the ones my company purchases and I was trying not to make it obvious that I was buying my own gear rather than wait for the company to finally order me some). Now that I have it, I see that it works really well. Once you get a setting that you like, you don't have to mess with adjustments ever again. Just put it on and it's done. Very cool. Side note, the black paint/finish on the metal posts comes off rather easily, well, after a day or two of my using them excessively, anyway. But I don't care about that, so it's not a big deal to me. I'm more concerned about when it sticks while I'm trying to take them off for a meeting, but I'm sure that's just me not having become accustomed to them just quite yet (I can't usually get them right away, just not always). Back to the first issue I mentioned, the size of the straps. Whenever I put on a new pair of knee pads, my first thought is always "Well, this is uncomfortable. But it's better than having sore knees, so I guess I'll deal with it." However, when looking at different options, I noticed in the comments that users of this item stated it fit very comfortable. And, amazingly, it really, really does. This was the first time that I ever tried on some knee pads and thought to myself "My goodness, these things are comfortable!" (never thought I'd say that with knee pads). Not only do the straps reach comfortably, they even had some room to spare. After using them for a bit, I even had to tighten a few of them so they would reach properly. That's definitely different than other styles of knee pads (and also cheaper versions of this same product). Overall, I can safely say that this is my favorite pair of knee pads so far. I've only used them for less than a week, so I can't comment on their longevity. But as long as that's decently alright, I would definitely consider purchasing these again when I need more knee pads in the future (because, let's face it, even the best items will eventually wear out over time, more so when they are being used rigorously and excessively).

What an Amazing Company.
I purchased the NoCry Professional Knee Pads, but that's not the only reason why I rated them 5 stars. It is because NoCry is an amazing company who Genuinely go out of their way to make sure the customer is completely satisfied. The After-Sales service is well above any other company that I have ever dealt with. Now onto my NoCry Professional Knee Pads. These are extremely well made and very comfortable to wear. But they didn't fit all that well and they slipped and moved out to the side of my knees. BUT! I have to STRESS this is NOT a fault with the product, instead, it is MY OWN FAULT. I bought these to wear in the roof space of my home, I am checking the wiring and because the outer shell is hard they didn't suit crawling along rafters. As I said it was my fault that they were not suitable, the NoCry Professional Knee Pads are not designed for this sort of use. NoCry already has a set of knee pads that are designed specifically for crawling around, over and on roofs. These knee pads are NoCry Flooring & Roofing Knee Pads - with Foam Padding and No-slip Leather Stabilizers, Strong Double Straps and Adjustable Easy-Fix Clips. I chose the wrong ones, but now the situation has been resolved and I can look forward to being comfortable when working. If you want a TOP QUALITY PRODUCT and AMAZING After Sales Service, you simply cannot find a better company than NoCry. You can purchase their products, knowing that in the event something does go wrong, NoCry will go out of its way to make sure you are 100% satisfied. Graeme
