Great upgrade, nothing phases it

Very bad experience
Would expect a great card like an MSI 1080 to beable to handle streaming at very mediocre settings, the card is backed by an i7700k with 24gb of DDR3 ram with an MSI motherboard. When streaming games at medium settings the card outputs at 98% usage according to task manager resulting in severe frame rate drops with the screen freezing at many points. For a student this has been a bad experience for me as this card took a large chunk out of my bank also resulting in me reverting back to my 970. Always loved using MSI but this is causing to rethink my loyalty. If anyone has a way to fix this it would be greatly appreciated but I believe it is just a faulty card, as it hasn't even lasted 5 months.
