Does the handle become hot (too hot) when you fill the pot?

No it does not get too hot, its a bit like a mug of coffee. That does not get too hot either.

Is this compatible with the Hario ceramic dripper

Yes - the ceramic drippers will sit snugly in the opening of the server. This is an 02 server (capacity for 2 mugs worth) but the 01 or 03 drippers also have the same sized aperture to sit on safely. All the best & stay safe, Artistry Coffee

When heating in microwave, do you have to remove the rubber on the lid?

Well the seal on the lid isn't rubber, its silicon, so microwave safe. Quite why you'd want to filter coffee into the jug and then microwave it though?

What size is the hario v60 02 glass jug opening , can I fit my hand into it to wash it …thank you & stay safe

Only if you have a small hand - but a bottle brush will do the job of cleaning. Hope that helps.
