Why doesnt the clip say ag7 engraved? have i recieved a fake???

It could be a CH4, which looks very similar to the AG7, but is a cheaper version. The most obvious difference is the tapering if the shaft, and how the clip is mounted.

Is it a genuine Fisher if it has the space shuttle on the clip?

Not sure if Fisher do one with Space Shuttle on but I have one exactly like the one in your picture. Would only consider one like this as space shuttle seems a bit crude for their pens after all its called a Space Pen not a shuttle pen.

Does the pen have a small circular engrave in the middle of the pen saying something like fisher pen made in USA?

Says "AG7 SPACEPEN BY Fisher USA" around the barrel, where the two halves of the pen join. And "Fisher AG7" on the clip.

How is the pen packaged please?

Comes in a black plastic hinged box approximately 8 x 17cm with the Fisher Space Pen logo in the bottom right corner. All inside a cardboard sleeve the a colour picture of an Apollo astronaut on the front.
