It fits perfectly for a large male but it doesn’t get as cold even if it’s in the fridge or freezer.

Ineffective gel beads
When I put the mask in the freezer, all the bell beads became directly frozen. It makes the mask hard and not comfortable to wear until it defrosts a bit.

face mask is big for the face and its not useful but eye mask is very good. After working long time in computer its effective to give cold compress in eyes
