Really good, expected them to be of poor quality but they've been great, used many times and still just as good as the first.

I'd tried almost everything to get two M6 Torx bolts out including two other bolt extractor products and a dremel. This extractor kit did the trick. Very durable and bites with ease. 5/5!

I bought this set to remove one self tapping crosshead screw that had been stripped. The drills are right handed and not left handed as one would expect from a screw removal set. I used 2 of the drills and they both blunted within seconds. I used 2 of the extractors. Not only did they not grip the screw, but they too blunted very quickly. I would not recommend this product to anybody and will throw the set into the rubbish bin. I am disappointed that Silverline put their name on such a useless product and that Amazon continue to support it, and will avoid this brand in the future. Amazon should withdraw it from sale.

I used this tool after installing a ceiling fan, one of the screws was damaged by screwing in using a drill with a screw bit, I couldn’t get it in any further or get it out. This meant the bracket wasn’t mounted flush.I saw this tool on FB, I read the reviews, before ordering you just have to use the right removal bit. If it’s rusty then we’ll lubricate it for 24 hours. I drilled a pilot hole into the screw using the smallest supplied drill bit, the I used the smallest removal tool, nothing happened so I went a size up in the removal tool (remember to put your drill in to reverse) and the screw came out very easily.Don’t use too much torque and easy on the trigger get the job done. I thought it was going to be a challenge because when I tried first nothing happened and I was drilling up so there was no bearing force on the screw, but no force was needed. Now I have a flush fit, I got some better quality screws from B&Q. Always worth looking at the supplied screws sometimes they are not so good for use with power tools.

Description wasn't quite clear in indicating with the drill bits were left-handed (reverse) drill bits or not and I checked the website for Silverline which also gave no clear description so I took a chance and brought it. Unfortunately the drill bits are not left-handed which you can use for screw extraction, however, the kit is quite good quality and withstood my brute-force attempts at removing a derailleur limit screw.Apparently this kit has a 'lifetime guarantee' too according to the box it was packaged in so they must be confident about their products.

Arrived with the second smallest drill (2ml I think) missing with the plastic container opened but sellotaped shut.Luckily it's not the size I need so not worth returning because they will no doubt want the whole set instead of just sending a replacement for the missing bit. This sort of thing is happening with increasing frequency with Amazon.EDIT - I initially thought that one bit was missing. It seems I owe an apology, the 2 ml bit was wedged behind the largest tap. The reason, the 2ml bit unlike the others is not held properly by the indent in the box. All of the rest are held rigidly but this 2 ml bit just falls out and had somehow got stuck behind the largest tap. So apologies for jumping to conclusions and I have ammended the score to 5 stars. I removed my damaged screw with ease and believe that although I probably will not use this set often it will be a very useful and welcome addition to my tool kit. Just having it in my tool kit is kinda reassuring, it's nice to be prepared for any eventuality.

Was hopeful with the ‘ HSS 4241 and black oxide coated’ billing - but one of the drill bits broke off quite quickly and could no longer be used. Sending it back - no issues returning it with Amazon.

Produit correspond bien à la description et à la photo. Je l'ai acheté pour extraire une vis creuse et délicate et cela a très bien fonctionné!

Se que existen estas mismas herramientas mas caras... tendran otras caracteristicas o mejores prestaciones. Yo las estoy dando uso con tornilleria pequeña y el resultado es inmejorable. Ya va un tornillo de metrica 3 y otro de 5 rotos sacados sin problema. Hay que tirar de maña y parece que no vallan a salir pero poco a poco salen todos¡¡¡¡

hat den Erwartungen entsprochen, ist sehr optimal und funktionell in der Kasette untergebracht, wäre gut, wenn eine Kurzanleitung für den Gebrauch dabei wäre, denn jeder ist kein Profi und weiss, damit umzugehen! Sicher ist, dass man im Internet diesbezügliche Ratschläge lesen kann, doch einfacher wäre es mit einer beiligenden Anleitung.Kann diesen Schraubendreher-Satz nur weiter empfehlen.

Une catastrophe. Autant mettre le prix dans des mèches de qualités.J'avais acheté le coffret pour extraire une malheureuse vis.Résultat zéro. La mèche d extraction s'abîme des les premiers tours et rend l'extraction totalement impossible.Un conseil n'achetez pas cette mer*e.Autant acheter un outil plus cher ( ce que j'ai fait), et là pour le coup ça fonctionne.Mais je préfère vous prévenir que ce n'est plus du tout le même prix...En fait une mèche d'extraction ça coûte vraiment cher. Mais au moins la qualité est là et la satisfaction du travail aussi.
