Q: Will these fit the 3 ring binder

The holes fit the rings fine, however the page is much wider than a normal 3 ring binder, it will stick out about 5 or 6 inches. The 12 x 12 album is what these are made for . . .

Q: Can you place pictures in the front and back of the page?

They are front-loading but visible from both sides :)

Q: Will the slots fit the Fujifilm Instax Wide photos?

I am not familiar with Instax film, but the pages are true to size. There is no wiggle room. 4x6 fits a 4x6 or smaller. I love the pages.

Q: Are there pockets on the front and back of each page? Meaning 6 or 12 pockets per page?

No, there are only 6 pockets. You can still put 12 photos in them though. You just have to put them back to back in the pocket. It actually works out because it keeps them snug in the sleeve.
