Does what it's described as doing
Not used it yet as I'm old and fat (not really got abs) but my two youngest sons have 16 &17. They really like it and now I've got to buy a dipping station. My home gyms mint, got a conservatory full and it's spilling into my dinning room. Anyway have to go now and look for a dipping station 🤦♂️........ vya con dios peeps

Good quality belt for weights
Good, sturdy, currently using it to hold 10kg plate, feels like it will be fine to go to much higher weights. Haven't had any problems with the carabiner clips like some other reviews mention, seem fine to me

Very good quality
First dipping belt I have purchased and I am extremely happy with it. The quality is very high. The length of chain is just right and when performing weighted chin ups the belt does not feel uncomfortable or slip or dig in. It just sits there around your waist and comfortably does it’s job. I think this will last me a long time and increase my lifting strength. So glad I purchased it. Love the camo pattern too!

Superb, long lasting quality with great padding
The belt works really well with heavy loads. I’m easily able to add up to 40kg and not feel like it’s front off me or weighing me waist down to much.It’s very comfortable and attaching the weight is really easy. It also looks really nice and accompanies me for any days that need me doing more than body weight exercises.Great value for money as I’ve had this for several years now and it still doesn’t look to worn.
