Lumbar Support Pillow - Ergonomic Memory Foam for Back Support and Pain Relief, Office Chair Cushion, Car Seat Cushion

This fit very well in my waterfall-backed riser recliner chair...I havnt used the tabs to fasten it on but I have it ain the back of the seating area of it under a large throw that's on the chair and it has stayed put! In the pictures on the site it looked to me like it would be too small for a recliner, but it actually fits very nicely...as for the support it gives to my prolapsed discs and double scoliosis, particularly painful from the waist down, it is absolutely superb! It is very firm but moulds around your shape to support it, and on top of the throw I also use an electric heat pad which enhances pain relief...honestly , if you are in pain from the waist down, this is 👏 brilliant!!. Back pain is horrid, but this takes the pressure off to a good extent and is a lot better than I hoped it would be...I also bought from another supplier a stuffed back cushion with stuffed arm rests for bed and a cup of tea in the morning and it has no support in it like this one has...don't waste your money on something that looks pretty like I did!! Buy this one instead and move it to you upright bed pillows to rest against...its the best of the best that I've found fir pain relief and support and worth the money. Take it from a long standing back sufferer...I've tried plenty, and wouldn't hesitate to purchase this back support cushion again. After doing a driving job sitting on some of the most unforgiving seats imaginable for nearly 20 years my back finally told me it has had enough. I viewed some lumbar supports and found this one to have the best reviews so decided to purchase. I have been using it for little over a week now and in all honesty it has helped a great deal with the slight but annoying pain in my lower back. At the moment though I am still getting used to it as I did have to adjust my seating position a little, this is due to being closer to the steering wheel. That said it does make me sit in a more upright position and I do not find myself shifting around in the seat as much as I did. Personally I find this lumbar support more comfortable when used from cold as when it warms up it moulds to your back shape, which is what it is meant to do, but loses some of its firmness so for me it becomes a little too soft. The product itself has been manufactured very well and has a lovely soft suede cover to finish. It is of a good size and fits nicely into my rucksack which is of a standard size. All in all I am pleased with my purchase and I would recommend this product to anyone considering buying a lumbar support.

I spend 8 hrs a day working at my PC. For years I've had lower back pain, but it's got worse in recent months despite using a professional office chair and making sure that my screen was the correct height etc. I've bought several lumbar support things over the years but none made a difference. This lumbar support pillow as amazing, it is comfy, stays in place on the chair whether you're leaning back on chair in a meeting, sitting upright typing at PC or leaning forward to write notes. It doesn't drop off when you stand up, so you don't have to keep adjusting it - once you've got it into a comfy position it'll stay put. It quickly warms your back to relieve back ache and supports lower spine so no more strain/damage. After two weeks of daily use I'm no longer feeling back ache. Looks well made so hopefully it'll last for years coz I'm not planning to ever remove it!

It is really strongly supporting my back bone. However, it is too hard for me and feel uncomfortable while driving. It pushes me forward too much. I feel better if just sit and not driving. Anyway, the quality is good and maybe suitable for someone. Returned. Thx!

I was looking for something for a while that will give me better back support while driving. There are so many choices and a massive variety of differing styles and materials that it was a bit of a tough choice. I'm really glad I went with this one, it has been ideal. It is comfortable and the material is soft and formable, yet supportive. I have been using it for a few months now and i feel so much more comfortable. I don't get a sore back or shoulders from driving anymore. It has a clip that goes round the back of the chair and secures it in place, so there's no having to adjust it everytime you get in the car. I highly reccomend it.

Due to the lockdown I was required to work from home full time. The chair I use for working from home once a week prior did the job and was fine for a day here and there but not so much for everyday use as has become the norm. I am not someone who usually suffers with back problems but like many do have poor posture when seated and so found relatively quickly that my lower back began to ache and feel tight when working. I bought this product as a quick temporary fix and to be honest it has been doing an amazing job. It is easy to attach to the chair, I sit down and lean back into it where it sits comfortably and I sit properly in my chair now unlike before and of course come away with no back iggles at the end of my working day. It does drop when you move because gravity works like that but it is easy to just put where you need it most for support. I also use it from time to time when sitting on the sofa. Couldn't recommend this product enough.

Bought this for my mum who is suffering from Sciatica (due to COVID-19 her steroid injection has been cancelled), and unfortunately her day to day is very uncomfortable and painful for her so I have been looking up things to help out, and this is one of them! :) My mum is very positive about this product, and only gives it a 4 out of 5 stars because she wishes the product was deeper (as some sofa's are quite deep) and maybe a bit bigger, though potentially a bigger version of this product may have sufficed and that isn't a fault of this product itself. Mum's feedback is that it is really good for propping herself up, it prevents her from slouching and can sit up comfortably and is helping with her posture whilst sitting down. The product is also shaped very nicely to support your lower back. So thumbs up all round! Previous to owning this product, we were propping her up with an insane amount of cushions, which didn't really help that much as she would still have some back pain and discomfort. Would highly recommend and will be purchasing some more to help with back support whilst working from home!

My issue seems to be posture rather than support. I get pain in my lower back and find I need a softish cushion with reasonable support to get comfortable. Anything described as 'lumber support' tends to be even more painful as it puts presuure on the painful area. I was therefore sceptical about this product as whilst it looked soft enough, it is low and provides no support at all for the upper back so I thought it would hurt my lower back, as described above. I must say I have been pleasantly surprised! It is so soft yet supportive on the lower back that it doesn't seem to matter that all the support is in one place - the place where I normally feel pain. I have mainly used it on an armchair but have also found it good in the car (I haven't yet done a long journey though). I gave 4 stars for comfort simply because it does still feel like a lump behind me which gives a very modest feeling of discomfort. However that is in contrast to huge discomfort and downright pain that I get with any other cushion or support that I have tried previously. I'll take that any day - this cushion has changed my life!
