The product is great but the bottle was sent in an envelope packaging. It was open and leaking when I opened it. It's no more hygienic to use.

The product is probably fine, but I'm allergic to the ingredients so it had the opposite effect for me. I have the same reaction to Imperial leather soap and this shares some of the ingredients. Stinks of lavender.

I thought I would get this when I was buying Caneston Combi a few weeks ago as I thought it would help until the issue cleared up. I am fairly sure it just made things worse. I was using it and the first day or so it seemed to help, but after that I seemed to be getting more sore each day. As I was treating an issue anyway I didn't at first associate it with the Canesfresh, then I used a different shower in the house and forgot to take the bottle with me so didn't use it... no soreness at all that day. I used it again next day and soreness was back. Since then I've not used it and feel no problem at all. I sort of wonder if I should try it again to confirm if it was the cause of the soreness... but just can't bring myself to. I didn't really like the smell either, which was very strong and reminded me of a strong male scent like 'Old Spice' or something like that. The product is also orange, which probably added to that association. I am used to using body washes with almost no scent.

I had high hope for this product after reading the reviews, but what a disappointment. I cannot believe that a product made for the intimate area would be so highly perfumed. And far from comforting I found it extremely uncomfortable after use, and the perfume persisted all day despite showering to get rid of it. It's been a total waste of money for me.

Please don’t use this product. I bought it after seeing so many positive reviews but this causes extreme dryness. These sorts of genital washes are extreme irritants, no matter what they claim. Please see a doctor if you are experiencing itching. I was prescribed a steroid cream and use emollients to wash myself now and those are the only things that worked.

I have used Canes foam wash in the past and it was fantastic. Lately I have been unable to find it. I don't know if they stopped making it because I don't see it on their website. I gave this a try and it caused a very painful rash. I tossed it in the bin.

The item inside was opened, leaking and package dirty. Due to the fact that this is an intimate product and was opened and package damaged is not safe to use. Not able to return it back due to its state.

It didn’t work for me. I don’t feel any different unfortunately. My mind is still there with itchy, burning, stinging from last 11 weeks now. Tired!!!!! I just tried external and internal cream now hopefully I am better tomorrow as I am sick on buying all this expensive product and not making any difference to me.
