Twinzee 5 in 1 Compact Ideal for Slicing Fruit and Vegetable Mandoline, stainless steel, Universal

I have also brought one for home and use it daily when preparing both the humans food and our beautiful cocker spaniels evening meal. So easy to grate, julienne, shred and so many other things. Great for making soup ingredients and grating the raw vege for stir fries and the like. Easy to clean, very safe to use and I would highly recommend this item to anyone who wishes to cut their manual preparation of food. Enjoy it as much as I am. Only down side......as with all kitchen 'gadgets, it would be great to have had a draw string bag to put it all back into so as to keep it all in one place. I have since sewn one. Makes for less 'clutter' in the drawer or cupboard when stowing away. This one will be put to good use in our tearooms.....

Very nice slicer. It sits well on the counter and the blades are sharp. I have not used it enough yet to know the durability but so far I am very happy with this product.

This is ok. It's pretty lethal as the blades are so sharp, however it's not strong enough to hold the veg you're slicing. You have to press pretty hard and that's where the danger lies. If you twist the the bit you hold as you're slicing slightly out of line it slices the plastic off the edges. I think I'll buy special grating gloves in order to continue using it as i just don't feel safe with the hand held bit that holds the food.

I love this mandoline. It is really sturdy and very easy to use. It is perfect for making thin slices for vegetable crisps and due to the sharpness of the blade it needs very little energy, even with harder vegetables like sweet potatoes. The blades can all be stored neatly and safely away in the box provided which is great and the the finger guard can be stored inside the mandolin. I can't find anything wrong with this product at all, it is a great purchase for a great price.

One of the spikes in the handguard broke after a few uses. After emailing Twinzee I still haven't heard back about a replacement.

The time you take to use it, its the same as cutting it yourself.

Absolutely love this. I do slimming world so I'm able to make my own sin free crisps. I also love that I don't have to get my food processor out any more to make cole slaw. Blades are very sharpe and do their job perfectly however you must be very careful when washing them!!! A cleaning brush would be an idea!!! Only one issue. That is that carrots do stain,and I now have an orange grater blade. This happened on first use. But hey it still does the job beautifully.

Have made lots of lovely coleslaw since I got this, great for slicing potatoes too. Unfortunately soon after I got it, I got carried away and sliced the hand guard too. Retailer promised to send a replacement but they never did. However, it's still a handy item.

Buen producto con relación a su precio. Dispone de 5 juegos de cuchillas. Dos para realizar corte de patatas chip, uno para corte ondulado ( si eres muy hábil podrás hacer patatas gofré) y 2 de corte en juliana fina en 2 grosores para hacer bastones de verduras duras tipo zanahoria. Muy fácil el cambio de los juegos de cuchillas; también incluye un protector de corte que recomiendo utilizar para aprovechar las verduras y como protector de los dedos. Por último incluye un recipiente que guarda los productos cortados.

Besonders praktisch an diesem Gemüsehobel finde ich einerseits die kleine Aufbewahrungsschale für die verschiedenen Hobel, dann aber auch die Auffangschale für das Gemüse. Ich habe noch einen anderen Gemüsehobel, mit dem man besser als mit diesem direkt in einen Topf hobeln kann, aber dieser hier ist gerade für außerhalb der Küche gut, also zum Beispiel für ein Picknick oder zum Grillen. Gewaschenes Gemüse, Saltgurke etc. einfach in die Schale legen, Hobel-Einheit drauf und beides lässt sich prima in den Garten (oder wo man sonst grillt und picknickt) mitnehmen, wo man dann das Gemüse kurz vor dem Essen frisch hobeln/schneiden kann. Geht natürlich ebenso gut, wenn man Gemüse für die Mittagspause mit zur Arbeit nehmen möchte. Frisch gehobeltes Gemüse schmeckt einfach besser! - Zur Qualität des Hobelns und zur Haltbarkeit des Gerätes poste ich ggf. später noch, falls sich Defizite ergeben. So lange ich nichts ergänze, funktioniert alles noch gut ...

Questa mandolina si è dimostrata molto utile, facile e veloce da utilizzare. DIMENSIONI La mandolina è abbastanza grande ma all'incirca della stessa dimensione di una classica grattugia a quattro facce. E' possibile mettere al suo interno sia le lame che il pomello così da poterla riporre limitando lo spazio occupato. STRUTTURA La plastica utilizzata sia per la parte superiore che per la parte inferiore è di ottima qualità e con un buon spessore. E' necessario fare attenzione al contenitore che potrebbe rompersi in caso di caduta poichè, come tutta la plastica plastica trasparente, ha poca elasticità. LAME Le lame sono facili da sostituire e sono ottimamente affilate. Il metallo utilizzato sembra acciaio ma consiglio comunque di asciugare sempre le lame (ed il pomello) dopo il lavaggio, così da evitare il rischio che possano arrugginire. Attenzione a quando si lavano e maneggiano le lame che, essendo molto affilate rischiano di ferire facilmente le mani.... grazie al pomello, durante l'utilizzo non si corre tale rischio. DIFETTI (se così si può dire) Sia la plastica bianca delle lame che la plastica verde del coperchio superiore si macchiano con molta facilità anche se si lavano subito dopo l'utilizzo. Personalmente ho fatto il test con una carota ed entrambe le plastiche sono rimaste con una sfumatura arancione. Ovviamente considero questo difetto trascurabile. CONCLUSIONI Il prodotto si è rivelato molto ben fatto e utile per la velocità di utilizzo. La pulizia delle parti è abbastanza semplice.

Bonjour, Comme le dit la documentation, il faut faire attention car les lames sont forts tranchantes. Le même jour j'ai acheté une paire de gants afin d'éviter les coupures, bonne intention. Sauf que voila, j'ai nettoyé mon appareil comme on le fait avec un objet ordinaire qui ne tient pas toutes ses promesses, et hop ! une coupure. Avec le liquide vaisselle l'objet a glissé entre mes doigts, et naturellement, les gants anti coupure étaient soigneusement rangés dans mon tiroir. Bon, cela dit, je l'ai testé et je suis très satisfait. Le plastique(inévitable) est épais et résistant, il ne se déforme pas dans notre main. Les tampons anti glissement agissent bien, le rangement est bien prévu et donc un appareil peu encombrant. Je suis très satisfais, et maintenant je fais gaffe à mes doigts, il suffit de tenir les portes lame du bon côté.

Très jolie mandoline pro très facile à utiliser et nettoyage rapide, simplement comme le préconisent les utilisateurs et les concepteurs faire très attention aux lames très coupantes. Je conseille cet achat pour plusieurs raisons. La Première elle est fabriquée par une entreprise familiale passionnée de cuisine qui gâte ses clients par une gentillesse et un humour qui fait du bien. Et la seconde cest un ustensile pratique et indispensable dans une cuisine et le troisième c'est un petit prix pour un ustensile pour professionnels. Pour toutes ces raisons achetez cette mandoline vous ne serez pas déçus et vous serez très surpris par le deuxième effet kiss cool l'accueil avec un grand A.
