What are the external dimensions please?

I can confirm the dimensions are approximately 39.2 x 26.4 x 2.4 cm

We’ve only had ours a couple of weeks and they’re already showing significant wear, has anyone else had this?

No problem with ours. I hesitate to ask the obvious but you've used the correct non metallic kitchen tools and washed it as advised on the card with it I suppose. Anyway they do have a guarantee of 20 years (5 years non stick).

can I put a cooling rack in this? if so, which one would you recommend?

I personally wouldn't because the feet of which are likely to scrap the non stick coating.

Can you use these trays on a gas hob?

No they are for the oven only. Best if you buy a griddle pan if you want to use on gas hob
