Due to long term chronic health issues my diet became very poor and I frequently suffered from extreme fatigue, weakness and constantly feeling tired amongst other issues. This obviously meant I also wasn't getting many of the important vitamins, minerals and nutrients the body needs so I had to find something to help supplement these losses due to the dietary issues. It's important to remember they should only be used as a supplement where possible however, not an outright replacement. Centrum have been a household name for multivitamins for many years and after weighing up my options I elected to supplement with Centrum multivitamins for men. Whilst I wasn't expecting to see a huge change in the way I felt, etc, due to constantly battling crippling chronic health issues and taking many prescribed medications each with their own side effects; I did start to notice small changes 2-3 weeks after taking them everyday as directed and they do seem to have been helping since I began taking them. I've taken them daily for 8+ months and they do continue to be a help to me. The tablets are a bright blue colour which makes them incredibly easy to identify if you are forced to take many other prescription medications, etc. The tablets are of a medium size and aren't difficult to swallow, but they are scored and can very easily be broken in half for those that find it more difficult to swallow larger tablets (if required they could even very easily be crushed into something like a yoghurt). They are supplied in full retail packaging with helpful information of the type and doses of the various vitamins and minerals within. The tub inside has full anti-tamper foil security seals to ensure you're getting genuine goods that haven't been tampered with. The tub also has a label with further information and best before dates, etc. My orders have always had expiration dates of at least 18 months or beyond, so they're also a fresh product and not goods nearing their end. Obviously, do check specific seller feedback for high ratings when you choose a seller for products such as these if you're not using Prime or purchasing outside of the "fulfilled by Amazon" system to ensure you get the best and genuine goods. Would highly recommend these for men of any age, although Centrum do provide specific products for specific age groups. I'll certainly be continuing to purchase more myself. 5/5.
