Horrible. Buttons won’t work can’t even turn on the tv. Contacted Samsung through here. At first it was no support or warranty because they didn’t sell it as I got it from Amazon. Then it was because it wasn’t part of the tv and I got it separately. 6 month and it won’t work and you won’t support it. Sad sad sad. Never buying Samsung again

We have a few infrared remotes for our Samsung TV, and you have to point them straight at the TV if you want it to work. Line of sight is important for infrared. This is Bluetooth, which means you don't have to point it directly at the TV. So if your cats are in the way, you can still pause your movie when the delivery driver rings your doorbell. This was $22 when I bought it. It's normally between $35 - $40. I think that's a little expensive considering I can get an infrared one for a lot less. Infrared works just fine. It's just BT works soooo much better. If it goes down below $30 again, I'm going to get another one as a back up.

I've had my Samsung smart tv for many years (model#QN55Q60TAF) Was hard to find a replacement remote. With my old remote it was extremely hard to remove the back piece to change batteries. Eventually it broke from constantly popping it off with a knife. The buttons were also flat/smooth and it lagged when changing channels. With this new one I am so much happier. Buttons stick out for ease of use. Connection seems so much faster and the back piece slides off smoothly with no hesitation. I had to review this. It was so worth the price! Id highly recommend.

Our Beagle puppy (at the time) decided to chew the original remote that was left on the bed for him to enjoy. And this OEM remote was a perfect fix at a reasonable price.

I must have got a lemon I have a problem with controls it either wants to change channels and volume It skips when you touch button adds either other letters like double tap I don’t recommend I bought because of being white so I could find it quicker Really hard when using password

I prefer this particular replacement remote for my Samsung tv. Voice control is not that great to me, other functions it’s ok. This remote buttons are very close to the original remote.

Final Update: these worked for a while but then stopped responding appropriately and had to be connected daily and even that didn’t work well. Had to make multiple attempts. Not a good replacement for the original remote, unfortunately. I bought two so I have regrets OG review Many reviews complained this remote is infrared and the Bluetooth functionary doesn’t work. But it does. Hear me out! When I got this remote, I noticed immediately after putting batteries in, that it worked! Hooray. But it didn’t take long to notice that it didn’t have full functionality. It only worked when pointed at the tv (booo!) and the voice function was non-responsive. Why? I wondered. Maybe this is a cheap Amazon knockoff and it’s infared only. The reviews here validated that. But I dug deeper. When you receive the remote, hold down the play AND return buttons at the same time. Hold it down until it says “connecting Bluetooth” on your tv. Then it will say “pairing”. Once that happens, it’ll connect your remote to Bluetooth (and not just infared!). Once you do that, your remote will have full functionality. Voice and everything! Hope this helps some of you having issues with having to point it at the tv or making the voice function work! Update: after much time with the remote it stopped responding to commands as well. It became extremely laggy. Thankfully, i had accidentally ordered two when i bought my first one so I have a back up. I’ll update when/if this one pukes on me
