Plantronics C320-M - Fits perfectly
My Plantronics C320 headphones, which work perfectly, needed the felt covers replaced. These covers offer more padding, and block the noise around me out. They are more comfy than the felt covers I had on the headphones. Installing was easy. A little bit of a fiddle, but only took 1-2 minutes in total.

I was unhappy with the product and wrote a review accordingly. I was contacted by the Seller who provided outstanding customer service. They identified the issue (not compatible with my headphones) and offered a full refund.

Great upgrade
I bought these to fit to my plantronics C320M headset as the foam pads were disintegrating and the headset still work fine. Good quality substantial padding (similar to my skull candy headset padding) so you can’t feel the headphones. A little fiddly to put on but once fitted they hold in place well and do not move around at all. The width is slightly less than I expected but consistent with the size of the earphones. The mic foam keeps coming off so probably need a way to secure that, but not a problem as I bought them for the ear pads. I think they are great value for the money so can’t complain as the padding is really good.

this is a photo with the original platronics 325 sponge in the left ( the cover is long time worn out) and the new pads on the right. They are confortable and good quality considering the very small price .

Worse than the standard 3320 padding
The padding from this is worse than the standard foam of the normal Blackwire 3320. It's thinner and creates more noise from rubbing against your ears. Overall the comfort is not an improvement nor a reasonably substitution if you're looking for more padding and comfort. If you need a replacement because your original foam has deteriorated, I guess you could do worse.
