Short lived.
Bought this and it worked well for a month or two, then the cold water stopped. Great when it worked, but didn't last long.

Absolute Crap, parts unavailable and wears out in a few months (not commercial grade at all)
The parts are not interchangeable and replaceable with anything you can find in the US. They valve stems wear out after about 2-3 months of use in a commercial setting. Buyer beware. Save you money and get T&S faucets (they last for years without repair and can be fixed indefinitely)
