Does this come a power cable or is powered off a battery?

It comes with a power adapter,PDNW-12V1A-US.

I received this last week but am disappointed that i am unable to download mooer studio as the domain is inactive. is there another way?

It took me quite a bit of digging to find it, but if you go to the main website, there should be a downloads tab. Go to that tab and you'll see a link for Radar software downloads. Click that and press the button that applies to your OS to get it. When you plug in your Radar to your computer, plug in the 9 volt as well and hold the red button until it goes to Update mode. Let it update, and you'll be good to go!

My included 12v adaptor says EU on the box. This 12v adaptor is unfamiliar2 prong male plug. How do I insure I receive a U.S 12v adaptor on reorder?
