There are so many option to choose from for outdoor solar lighting. I settled on these and have been very happy. The key to solar lights is to make sure they get maximum sunlight, there are some places you want to shine light on your house that will not work because of this. Some place will work in winter and not summer because of deciduous trees.It is hard to get brighter than these lights unless you have lighting that is wired in. There are three different brightness settings for these. They set on a stake and can be directed even at a sharp angle, where you want lighting. One neat thing about these lights is that they can be charged with a USB charger. I could take these lights, fully charge them and use them for lighting like you might use a lantern, or extra lighting away from a power source. There is a USB cord for each light, which is not needed, one would have been fine.These do shine very wide, like a whole side of a garage for example, it would have been nice to be able to have a spot light feature for lighting up just a house pillar, focal point on the house, or just a little more narrow. I build my own little cover to fix this for a couple of spots to keep light from shining in my window. This is the only reason for the 4 stars. Great value for he price.

Initially, everything was good. The lights were installed easily, charged up, and lit up the front landscaping well. After a week, I noticed one of the lights would blink off and then on again. About a week later, I noticed another light doing the same thing. I would have lived with the blinking since it only occurred randomly every several minutes, but then this past weekend a third light just stopped working. All the lights get ample and unobstructed daylight. I tried turning them off and back on, but the blinking lights still blink and the dead light still does not go on.Edit - The company reached out to me and explained the blinking was potentially due to car headlights hitting the sensor. I was able to confirm that it was the cause of the blinking. As for the broken light, they quickly sent me a replacement for the broken light. Everything is working great now. Change the rating to 5-stars due to part of the negative rating was my error and the customer support was excellent.

These lights were very easy to install into the ground and lit up straight out of the box. I followed the instructions in the box and let them charge in the direct sun for a full day which gave me more than 12hours of light. It's important that solar panels get direct sun contact during the day as this will affect how long they stay on for at night.

The lights stay on for 12+ hours with a good solar or USB charge. A brighter option would be nice, even if for less on time.

These lights I plan to use for Halloween not only do they work very well with solar panels but they come with every light I need and the lights are beyond incredible. would recommend!

Not bad. I wish they were alittle brighter but it seems like they’ll last a while. Pretty well made.

I should have realized this by looking at the picture, but since the solar panel is not adjusted independently of the light angle, you cannot adjust these lights so they point up more than about 35 degrees from horizontal.This means they are ill suited if you plan to point these nearly straight up at the base of tree or bush. Either the ground spike will not be vertical in the ground or the solar panel will be too vertical to charge effectively.I also had one take on water, which the manufacturer reimbursed promptly.

I was very sceptical about using Plastic Solar spotlights for a very dark garden space.These lights are fantastic ! Easy to install and worked on the first day of installation.I have a southwest facing garden so I achieve around 8 -10 hours of sunlight a day.I did not need to charge them via a USB .I would highly recommended these lights .They are good value for a fair and realistic price.
