Parts of the package missing!
The first time I bought these as a replacement for my refillable edible ink cartridges they were great. They came with all the needles, amounts required to fill each cartridge and a pair of gloves to wear so I don’t get messy. When I re-ordered I expected to receive the same again. I’m a little disappointed today though as I literally just have the cartridges and that’s it. No needles as stated and no handy guides or gloves. What’s changed?? Why do I feel like I’ve been ripped off slightly? Will think twice before ordering again.

Refill Tools Missing
Refill cartridges do not work and there were no refill tools. The description does state 'with tools to refill'. Not recommended

Way too expensive
I bought these as I broke one of the end tabs I only needed the one but I couldn't find individual ones so had to get these. They are way too expensive for what they are,

Empty cartridges
❗️cartridges are empty! No ink , so not ready to use. You have to buy ink , fill them and use it. £30 you pay only for empty cartridges!!!! Disappointing!

Ridiculous price for what it is, it says Ready to use bur don't say you must fill them first. Won't be using this product again.

If you can get a hold of cheap inks it's absolutely recommended and will save you lots of money! mind you; it should be obvious if you get very cheap inks it won't print as vividly as original ink, so a little bit better ink will do you well and a custom ink profile can get you up to the quality that the originals promise. the product itself seems to be great quality, comes with clear instructions and does exactly what it promises
