Just got the order. Two nights in a row! Great sleep!

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing this product. The first and only night I took RediNite I did not take my regular sleep medication to see if the RediNite claims were true. I took one capsule at 11:00 pm and was still wide awake at 2:00 am with no signs getting to sleep. I resorted to my regular medication and fell asleep shortly after.The real issue was not that I didn’t get to sleep, but the after and side effects. Around 4:00 am I was woken up with severe heartburn. I had to take four heartburn tablets to quell the pain. The next day I had nausea for most of the day like nothing I have experienced before.My recommendation is don’t waste your hard earned money on this sleep remedy.

Be patient & give it few days. I take it every night, & my sleep has really improved!

I have to take four at bedtime for it to work, but it does. I only complaint is there’s not a lot in the bottle. It’s a very small bottle, and I go through them way too quickly for the price. There’s no large bottles available. My only suggestion is to make larger bottles and bring the price down. But it does work well unfortunately I can’t get it very often because I go through it so fast. I usually go through a bottle in two weeks. If you’re looking for something natural that helps you sleep. Yes it works, but you have to take as an adult, four of them to work. That’s just my suggestion as what worked for me. Everybody’s body is different. I like that it’s natural and the daytime. One works well too.

This item does not work at all! My regular melatonin works better than this, and there’s no refund with this hefty price! That’s horrible because $40 is a huge out of pocket expense.

This is not for me! Took it about 45 minutes before bed and went to sleep fairly quick (in about 20-30 minutes) but woke about 4 hours later and got up because I could not fall back to sleep. I thought maybe I could snooze on the couch because I was still groggy, but no luck with that either. So after an hour of prep, and 4 hours of sleep, I was groggy and sluggish for another 4 or 5 hours. Not what I was hoping for. Didn’t help me fall asleep. Just made me stay sleepy for 9-10 hours.

It works very well.
