Go Nutrients Liquid Vitamin D3 K2 Drops, Alcohol-Free, MCT Oil, 1oz

I have a long history of Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), in addition to regular depression/anxiety. Antidepressants have helped substantially with my day to day depression, but every year like clockwork when the days start getting short, I feel the familiar 'winter blues' creeping up on me. I had my Vitamin D levels checked this past winter and they were a 6, which is ridiculously lower than the recommended 50 or higher. My doctor suggested a mood light, so I purchased one and didn't notice much of a difference. It was also not very convenient, especially trying to find the time to sit in front of it with my toddlers running around, so I decided to switch to an oral supplement. I went with this one because I really don't like swallowing pills. I have the gag reflex of a 2 year old, so any time I can have a liquid option, I am all for it. I was initially worried about the taste, but as several of the other reviews have said, it is completely tasteless. I'm sensitive to weird tasting things (again, 2 year old gag reflex) and this doesn't bother me at all. I just drop a few under my tongue every morning and go about my day. I had been taking this for several weeks when my husband mentioned to me that I seemed a lot happier than last winter, and I agree. Am I skipping around the house, crazy happy? No, but that awful, heavy, weight that I have gotten every winter for as long as I can remember is significantly diminished. The difference to me has been night and day. I'm not a medical professional, but if you struggle with SAD, I would definitely ask your doctor about getting your Vitamin D levels checked, and I very much recommend this supplement.

I have been taking this for only 15 days and I can't believe how much better I am feeling. It's a blessing. I have been living with depression, aniexty and chronic pain for a very long time. My depression and aniexty are feeling better and my osteoarthritis pain is alot better. I also have less pain and numbness in my feet. And my energy level is much better. I am a real person and not getting paid for my review. Just sharing my experience with this wonderful product. There is no taste to me anyway and not oily either. I really like that one drop contains 1000 ui.👍👍. Update my husband got his levels rechecked finally and is now in the low normal levels 31. It was only a 9 the last time it was checked. Which was a quite a while ago but I've seen many positive changes in him. We will both definitely continue to use this product and brand. It works and we definitely recommend!👍

I love that I can change my dose as I please. You can't do this with gel tabs. If I want 1000 mg Vit D, I just take one drop, If it's the middle of a Minnesota winter, I will take 5 drops a day. There is virtually no taste or after taste to the Go-nutrient Vit D3 with K2. Also, I know that you need K2 with Vit D3- the K2 is necessary for "keeping the calcium in the bones". Which keeps it out of the arteries and keeps bones strong. I highly recommend this version of Vit D3, partly because the K2 is essential to work with the D3 and partly because I can change the dose depending on how much sun I get. Also, I thought the price was very good. Seems like a good company.

So far this stuff seems to be doing it's job and really well I was diagnosed by my doctor with a vitamin d deficiency in which really had me feeling terribly bad but after doing my research for months and months I had run out of time and needed to find something really quick so I decided after reading all of the good reviews based on this product what the heck did I have to lose after all i couldn't feel much worse than what I was already feeling and I can tell you that it's been only a week since I started taking this stuff because in the beginning I was very sceptical about starting something new so it took me some time and guts before I started taking this stuff after purchasing and receiving it also in the beginning I did not feel any difference but now four days later I'm starting to get all of my energy back and feel just like myself again so I've decided to share my experience with family members that has been going through this same ordeal I will definitely recommend giving this one a try if you're on the fence about what to try and you're battling a deficiency also by the way this has no taste which was really important to me since everything I take usually causes nausea being that I am very sensitive to medications of any kind my only reason for the four stars is because I have only used this product for a short while so I cannot give a complete and accurate review at this moment otherwise it seems to be working really well . I am extremely satisfied with this. I was in an accident back in Feb and my wrist was shattered. I've had 2 surgeries with steel plates put in. After the 1st surgery, I was told I had "soft bones" & the surgery didn't take. My bones we're not able to hold the steel plate in place in order for it to heal. I had the 2nd surgery in April to try again. My Dr recommended I take a prescription of Vitamin D for the deficiency which I have in the past but it's never helped. So I came across this product while searching on Amazon. It has been a blessing. Within 2 weeks of taking this, my wrist has shown more improvement in that short amount of time (June) than it has since Feb (the 1st surgery). As far back as I can remember, I've had a Vitamin D deficiency so I'm anxious to have my blood work done in the next week or so to see just how much it's improved. Keep making such an amazing product. It absolutely has no taste nor smell whatsoever. I will be a customer for life. Thank you!!

I had bought this last year and many time since then as my Vitman D levels were SO low it was a 9!!!! I didn't feel good and had some symptoms. I was told to take more vitamin D and D3 with K was best and I can't take pills. So I found this. I began with just 1x a day getting 1000 but then I up'd it to 2x a day getting 2000 I added magnesium as I heard they need to be taken as one speak from the other.. not sure but I finally got a bloodwork and my vitamin D was at 70! It has no taste, it's so easy to take! the only complaint is the amount. I take it 2x a day so i need one every month is seems and I wish it had a larger size but for my health, it's work it!!!!

my first day, i really enjoy my B12 sublingual drop by Conutrients. with that compliment i was expecting even a hint of peppermint to flavoring. this tastes like oil and vit..in other words, they need to put the tiniest bit of flavoring in the D3/K2 drop. the bottle too was a frosted glass material vs typical amber glass like the B12. that said, i'll probably try another well known FDA approved brand here maybe by Pure. im sure this is a decent vitamin too but for my taste, i need just tad of flavor.

I liked the absence of a noticeable taste or odor added to my beverage. It is much less objectionable than another pill would be. I have been taking Vitamin D3 pills, by a doctor's recommendation, because I have chronically low Vitamin D levels in spite of getting adequate sun exposure -- some medical conditions can lower available Vitamin D levels. My last blood test showed available Vitamin D levels back in the accepted normal range. The only real problem, so far, with this product, is that the dropper will drip occasionally on the way between the bottle and my beverage. I didn't answer the "Absorbency" question, because I have no objective way to know what the absorbency rate really is. I suspect that it is reasonably good since the product appears to have a light oil base and Vitamin D requires lipids to be absorbed correctly. To be fair, I mix the product into a drink that contains lipids anyway.
