Dellona D10 senior hearing amplifier is great for a very low cost device
I needed a "hearing amplifier" quickly and at low cost. My hearing aids from Costco had to be sent back to be reset after three years of hard use. I needed a temporary replacement for up to two weeks. A set of Dellona D10 hearing devices cost me $60 and were available overnight through Amazon. For basic sound amplification, they work very well. The D10 devices do not have all the features of my $1,500 hearing aids, such as being able to adjust their settings through an app on my smartphone and automatic gain reduction for limit really loud sounds. But I can hear and understand what my spouse is saying, and I can listen comfortably to TV. In fact, I have to use a relatively low volume setting on the D10s with the maximum "noise reduction" setting, as well as one of the provided alternate size "ear plugs" to avoid excessive volume and feedback. I will use my fancy $1,500 hearing aids when I get them back, but the D10s are a great interim solution or substitute, and not just because they are inexpensive.

So far, the best in 20+ yrs of experience
These are simply the best pair of hearing aids I have ever owned, and the cheapest. Twenty years ago I bought my first hearing aid (not even a pair) for $2500 from an audiologist. It used batteries and worked only two years. Through the years I have tried many other brands from Amazon and settled on Earcentric as the best option for clarity, choice of mode and length of battery charge, until now. My new favorites are Dellona. Yes, they are a bit clunky but my grandson commented that the blue version looks like I am wearing a bluetooth device. Clarity-excellent and they are the first ones where I don't have the volume all the way up, choice of mode-I haven't needed to try them, and battery charge length has been wonderful. I had no problem with feedback, but it would be easy to change ear buds to a smaller size if you have a problem. I highly recommend these hearing aids.

Great for Dad who can't afford hearing aids.
UPDATE: These hearing amplifiers only lasted a year, and I paid SIXTY DOLLARS for them on Amazon. You can get them for $18 on Temu. Let me first say that these are HEARING AMPLIFIERS. They are not hearing aids. They have some noise cancelation, but it is not the best. Their volume is incredibly good. They amplify everything, and it can be a little disorientating for my father. My fathers hearing was getting so bad that we literally had to shout in his face for him to hear us. He was getting upset, and depressed, that he couldn't hear. The television was always blaringly loud on 50 - 80 volume, and he still couldn't make out normal conversation. Sadly, we are a low income family with Free Healthcare from Affordable Healthcare Act. They do not cover hearing aids, so we would have had to pay over $3000 for a pair of them for my father. Knowing this, I purchased this amplifiers due to how good their reviews were, and I was not disappointed. Now my father can hear us speaking to him in a normal voice, he can talk on the phone, listen to the tv at low volume, and even hear us talking in another room. However, they AMPLIFY EVERYTHING. Every little sound, plates hitting the table, the dog barking, crumpling up paper, et cetera. So they take some getting used to. He takes them out while washing the dishes, or doing loud things like vacuuming or mowing the lawn. But otherwise, he loves and enjoys them, and I would buy them again if they broke or got lost. Their noise cancelation of background sounds could be better. But that's something that has to advance with technology over time.

Not bad for the price and they work
The sound quality is good and they're working on almost no volume however, I did find the earpiece to be slightly big so if you have small ears, you may find it difficult to keep these on other than that I would recommend these as opposed to paying for more expensive ones

Too powerful to start with
I have a pretty severe hearing loss. I bought these while my aids were being repaired. These will wake up the dead! Be very careful to turn on AFTER they’re in your ear at the lowest setting. If you put them in while they are turned on the squeal will deafen you and you’ll never by a quality aid after that experience. If you follow this advice you will hear more , but there is no comparison to a real hearing aid. I noticed others had similar complaints. If you’re snoopy you might like them to eavesdrop drop because they are powerful.😀 Start with a less powerful hearing. Save up $1400 for quality hearing aids and then join Costco for $65. They have top quality aids and testing devices. After you buy them you can Just go in later and they help you on the spot if you are having trouble. They are much better, cheaper, friendly, and helpful then the audiologists I used to go to that always ripped me off.

I can hear grandkids and cats purring. took a little volume adjusting but works great!
bought these as stop gap until I could get “real” hearing aids. I have had amplifiers for years but not strong enough. the main reason i chose was because of the advertised decible increase. happily I do not feel i will ever need anything else other than these as they work great. easy setup and easy to charge.
