This is great! Relived shoulder and neck pain for a better nights sleep!

Highly disappointed in this lumpy, lopsided cracker thin pillow. The odd shape doesn't fill a pillowcase edge to edge and looks like you put the wrong size pillowcase on it, looks hideous. The memory foam is good quality, I'll give you that. Design is a major fail! While there is great support for the neck (in one spot), it should be on each side, so that the pillow can be flipped around from time to time. Designing this pillow with only one placement possibility means it won't last if the same pressure point is consistently used. That's works out for the company if the consumer has to replace the pillow more frequently, certainly not a good selling point for the customer. In addition, If you read in bed every night, you'll have to do that somewhere else because propping this up will not elevate you enough to do so. Not worth the money IMO. Better off using dense foam for pressure points and sparse foam elsewhere to make this appear like a normal pillow when not in use. I will add photos when I have the opportunity to do so.

I ordered the pillow in king size but when i opened the box, it was extremely disappointed when i found the size is be standard size. I had to go back to the order to actually reconfirm if i by mistake ordered a standard size. I've always used king size pillows. The standard industry pillows size are for standard pillow 20x26 and king is 20x36 inches. This companies dimensions are standard is 11.8x19.7 and king is 13.4x23.6 inches, the standard is even smaller than the standard size, the king is not even close. I don't like dishonest people. The dimensions are mentioned in the description but I selected king size and did not pay attention to the no assuming that the dimensions would be industry standard. I'm not happy abt this and think that this company could be sued for misleading it customers by its product discription. A company should not be able to redefine the industry standard whenever it feels like for its profits. There are other companies who standard size meets the industry sizes, I would definitely be looking into it. About the pillow, I do not know if it really works, I do wake up few time up at night by my own snoring and I have to always adjust the pillow to place my neck in the nook, given sometimes it hard to figure if my neck is in the nook since the nook is not really prominent, I have to raise my head to feel it few times to ensure it correct. I'll still try it for few more days and if I still not able to get used to the size, I'll return the product. My body is not comfortable to the reduced size after 1 week of use.

This is the best pillow I have ever slept on in my entire life. When I ordered my first one I wasn't sure about it's smaller size, and the price was a bit high for my modest income. However my first night sleeping on it made me realize that the size was absolutely perfect, and I was glad that I made the investment. They way my neck rests in the shape and angle is phenomenal. I have had the pain in my neck and shoulders dissappear. I am a side sleeper, and sometimes back, and this pillow cradles my neck and straightens my cervical spine in both positions. I want to encourage anyone who is dissatisfied with their current pillow to try the Derila Cervical Neck Pillow. You will not regret your purchase.

I’ve used this pillow for about two weeks now. I was surprised that it was described as king size. It is actually smaller than a standard size pillow. I think the pillow is generally too thin. When I place it on top of another thin pillow it raises my head slightly higher and it takes the pressure off my shoulder. This helps with the morning neck and shoulder soreness. Without the extra pillow, my neck and shoulder does not receive enough support. For the amount of money I spent on this product, I expected better. I would not recommend it.

The pillow is super hard. There’s barely any neck support where they have the divot where your head and neck are supposed to be at. The divot is small in the middle it’s just a very uncomfortable pillow it’s not even a pillow it’s like a hard foam object. It’s very thin and not good

I have fought exhaustion most of my life. Sleepy all day. Steps heavy. Since I started using this pillow, my smart watch measures 4 to 6 hours deep sleep. I wake up rested & energized. I feel as if I’m waking up after a long hibernation. Thinking clearer, able to stand without feeling faint. Stand longer, perform activities like raking, walking up stairs, carrying groceries& heavy boxes. I am a skeptic to the bone. This is a good product. Pillow is cool when sleeping. Comfortable laying on side or stomach. The price is good. Fast delivery.I plan to buy more for my family. I didn’t expect these results, but am I happy with all of it. Thank you.

I've been using a traditional shape foam (thin) pillow for years. Love it. But want a bit more support when I sleep on the side. So I gave this Derila pillow a try. I didn't want something too "aggressive" in shape or contour. As a back and side sleeper, we are not always in the perfect posture as the diagram shows. To be honest, I would have given this 4 stars. Nothing is bad, just not all that great. However, I do use a CPAP machine at night. And my number has consistently be 1.0 or 1.5 lower than normal. Events per hour. This pillow will not prevent sleep apnea. But it has reduced my nightly numbers. Do I still need a CPAP machine? Yes. It is my favorite pillow? No. Best pillow ever? Numbers don't lie.

No creia pero si... se duerme muy bien es suave, probé otra marca al doble de precio y era demasiado firme para mi, no me resultó como esperaba. Pero esta es suave y no se por qué pero justo mi cabeza descansa enormemente!!! Esta opcion es perfecta, veremos cuanto dura. Muy recomendable, denle la oportunidad.
