Size not as described in title. Worn

Not sure if thes were used or what! Description is misleading. I thought I was ordering a mens size 11, as that what was in the title, but a womens size 10 was what was delivered. The shoes had crusty brown stiff on them and one shoe was scuffed and worn on the toe.
