RSC100-AG Rotating Surface Cleaner, 4200 Psi, 15"

This product has worked flawlessly for me. I have used it about 12 hours so far. It works great. I did have my fitting on my pressure washer wand fail. It damaged the fitting on the cleaning head. Not the products fault. I called the company and explained what happened they sent me a new fitting at no charge. What a great company

First time I used this I had to coax the nozzle into spinning by holding the unit sideways before placing on ground.When it was working it worked very well.Stopped spinning properly(about 10 RPM) on second use and could not get it going. Arm would be stiff, tried gentle wiggling to loosen it up, a dab of oil. It would spin a little faster until placed on ground.The unit is light weight, but that's actually a con because I had to work to keep it on the ground ([email protected])I think some dive weights may fix that.UPDATEDisassembled arm and greased the bushings w/ marine grease. Worked well for about an hour or so. Very disappointed, removing another star.

When you buy somthing this cheap. Expect to deal with poor manufacturer quality control. This thing ripped. It kicked all kinds of behind, for about 1 minute. Expecting something blocking a nozzle I flipped it and checked, yep there was some aluminum from the tapping/thread cutting process left in the tube or 90. I just screwed the nozzles off and ran it for a few seconds to blow the crap out, re assembled and now its fine.Just so you know you need a 15mm and an 11mm wrench to remove the nozzles from the 90's.More and more problems with aluminum blocking the nozzles. Being all aluminum parts you can only have them apart like 2 times before you pull a gall and ruin the parts. I wound up replacing everything from the center out with 316 ss parts and it is working great now. I actually added two nozzles .Center->short 1/8 npt nipple->tee with nozzle->6"x1/8" npt nipple with 90 with nozzle.Now this head has 4 nozzles and at 4400psi I can move even more quickly.

Well made product. I use this product on my 3600 psi pressure washer and works flawlessly. Last one I had blew apart cause it was all plastic.

cleaned wood decks perfectly until it stopped spinning. water ws coming out of the washer & screw that holds the arm on. Is that the weak point. only used it three times.

I’ve had this surface cleaner for two years. I used it when I first bought it and was satisfied with it. I used it again recently and was again satisfied. But the problem was when I tried to remove it from the wand the fitting that it came with became mushroomed and was stuck inside the wand. I took the fitting out of the surface cleaner and tried to find one locally but couldn’t even find one for sale online. I knew it was out of warranty but figured since I had only used it twice maybe Amazon could help me figure something out. They were unable to help but told me to contact the manufacturer and if they couldn’t help me to call Amazon back. I emailed the manufacturer and they wouldn’t even sell me the fitting by itself and didn’t offer any suggestions. Poor customer service. I then called Amazon back and they told me there was nothing they could do. So now I have a surface cleaner that was only used twice and is now useless since I can’t find a replacement fitting for it.
