Despite our dark, rainy PNW winter these lights did a great job of brightly decorating our porch. I was impressed with the solar charge capability, only wish I’d gotten a longer string of them. Didn’t have the greatest spot for the panel but even so they did better than the lights around the roofline, which had access to light all day. A couple nights they only came on for an hour or so due to successive days of steady hard rain. Other than that they worked just fine. Would def purchase again

I got these as winter holiday lights. The solar panel seems to work well. The lights themselves seem to be very cheap plastic BUT when I draped them above my grape plant (which deer love to eat) the deer have not gone near the grapes! The lights have been there for a couple months now and deer have been through my yard at night but haven't yet gone near these solar lights! Not my original purpose for them but a cheap solution to my deer problem!

I bought two sets. It's winter here in NH and I'm using them as part if my sad excuse of Christmas decorations. Both of the solar panels are in full sun but only one is that way all day (approx. 6 hours). That one will run all night in temperatures around 15 deg so that can play a role, but the one that isn't in as much full sun will only run for about 5 hours. That's the reason for not a 5 star rating. It could be the full sun v not but right now there is only 8 hours of daylight and for the other one to run until dawn. That's 16 hours of run time. the other one is still facing light just not full sun the whole time. Probably about 2 1/2 hours of full sun. I do like them and may buy another set then use them for the summer for decorating our campground sites

Been wanting to get some of these lights when I saw they were solar. I jumped at getting them. They are easy to install. If you have full sun they stay lit all night. If it's overcast. They go for 4 to 5 hours.

These are beautiful but they don’t last. You would think you are getting something of quality and because they are solar panel they are going to last, but nothing further from the Truth. They lasted aprox 9 months after purchase and just stopped working.

These are nice bright lights and look good when they work but the problem I have had with this is that the light sensor is too sensitive and when other lights are on they don't work unless I face the solar sensor away or lay it on the ground. Then I have to pick it up each morning to recharge. This could be a problem with all solar lighting and not just a reflection of the product itself.

I bought these with low expectations as I had originally seen meteor type lights were $100+ and couldn't believe I was going to get anything of the same magnitude at this price point AND something that was solar powered. Boy was I wrong. These lights are fantastic. I have the solar pad attached to my tree to provide a little extra charging time vs. on the ground where it would be in shadows. On a day that provide sun, I probably get 2-4 hours of winter-time charging with the way my house faces (faces west). These lights are always still doing their thing at midnight when I go to bed, so that is probably at least 6 hours based on this charge. It is also nice that you can string these together if you want longer displays, but this was good enough for my needs for my single tree.

So easy to set up. Solar works great and lights last all evening! Will buy more to put up along back fence! The blue is just stunning. Just turn on once and it now charges in the day and turns on at dusk
