Lovely taste and texture

Makes delicious bread
Excellent flour, but remember to buy strong white flour as well if you intend to make wholemeal bread. Considerably cheaper if you buy it at a supermarket

Good flour for bread and rolls
This is a really nice flour for bread making. On average I make a loaf, or bread rolls, twice a week, and have used different flours from 'Matthews' for the past few years. This wholegrain makes for a consistent loaf in colour, texture and taste. All-in-all, a good buy! (These are my own thoughts on an item I regularly buy)
