It says this is 433 ml but in the fine print it says 383ml. Which is it?

Is this antibacterial?

I don’t believe so, there is nothing stating antibacterial on the container.

Is this basically the same as Dawn dishwashing liquid?

No it is not the same as dawn. It cleanses very well. Long lasting suds. Great Fragrance that is subtle. It is also by Appointment to Her Majesty the Queen of England, and it is used in the Palace kitchens.

Will this remove petroleum from wall?

This is a bit of a loaded question. What kind of petroleum base is on the wall? How long has it been there and what temperature is has it been subjected to? What’s the surface of the wall – is it porous,, smooth, and is there a paint underneath it - laytex, epoxy, water-based paint? something else? Fairy liquid is the equivalent of the British version of Dawn dishwashing liquid. They both contain surfactants but each company uses different ones. If the Dawn dishwashing liquid does not remove it then you can certainly try the fairy liquid. But it’s going to be subjective to your individual application and all the other different underlying factors.
