I paid $11.99 for this -- plus a 5% off coupon.My expectations were low, but WOW. This thing is not only built rugged, it's incredibly loud and the bass is crazy for a device of this nature.I've used this in my shower every day for about a week now and it's holding up wonderfully. There are only two things that irk me about this product:1. The powering on and auto-connect takes an annoyingly long time compared to other Bluetooth 4.2 devices.2. The flap that protects the ports doesn't instill very much confidence. I keep worrying that it will let water in, but thus far it has worked fine.Both of the points presented are so minor that they don't really affect how much I like this device. I'm amazed for the price it also comes with an 3.5mm male-to-male cable and carabiner.If this product were made by Monster or JBL or Bose, you'd be easily looking at $60 and up. GET THIS BEFORE THE PRICE GOES UP!

I have to admit I had low expectations for such a cheap electronic device. I was SOOO wrong. This little player has great sound, is easy to load music on it, and is so portable. I take it outside when I’m doing yard work, to the garage, and all over the house. The instructions are so small you’ll need a magnifying glass to read them and are obviously written by someone that is not proficient in English but adequate. The charging port is hidden under a small rubber cover that isn’t obvious on the back. My friend was so impressed with my speaker that he ordered a higher priced one from Amazon. It turned out mine had better sound and was easier to program.

This is a great little speaker. I also purchased a similar speaker with a different brand name and this one is exactly the same but half the price. My husband snagged it so he could listen to his music while and work so I purchased this one. It is loud, light weight, and water proof. I like to take this on vacation with me. It's so portable and it also has an AUX input so I can play my old iPod with it. It has an SD card but I have not played with that yet. For the price you really can't go wrong. Awesome compact Bluetooth speaker! Thank you!

Nice and loud sounds like a theater

Read all the previous reviews and was anxious to try this thing. I must say it did not disappoint. The sound is big for such a small speaker. I wish it were summer so I could try it on a beach because I think it would hold its own. It wouldn't boom but just for personal listening it would be enough. The sound and build quality are top-notch and it is loud enough to be heard throughout the first floor of my house. The wife uses it in the bathroom and we have had no issues. Great speaker!

The battery is insane!! I've had it for a few months, using it every few days, and it's at 72%! I'm impressed. Great sound quality, high quality build, and I love the clip so I can attach it to my pack when hiking. I generally use it at home for music but it's also perfect for outdoor activities. Thanks!

I bought this TECHDOTY speaker as a gift for a family member. The sound is great and way louder than similarly priced Bluetooth speakers like Avantree. I have bought Bluetooth speakers for myself and others so I can honestly say that this speaker is among the best in this price range. I only wish TECHDOTY would create a Bluetooth speaker with FM radio capabilities because that would make buying this amazing speaker a no-brainer.
