is this any better than the shower heads with beads in them?

Would this fit on a RV shower hose?

Perfect

I love the color and material and loved how it works, the pressure and the fearure of closing and opening the water from it. It's a but heavier than my shower installation so when we hang it up, it tends to rotate all the way and fall.. so we just have to be carefull with positioning the angle to avoid that. Maybe i have to tighten my shower installation abit to fix this.
