Not long lasting.
At first I liked this gadget and managed to get some sleep using it. Then it only pulsated when it felt like it, which wasn’t conducive to sleep. Now one of the buttons is stuck and it can no longer be used at all. It’s not worth the hassle of trying to return it so it’s in the bin. It was only bought at the end of October 2022 so definitely not value for money. Disappointing.

Couldn't get it to charge
Couldn't get it to charge after first use. It seemed to run out very quickly. Haven't used it since the first night as I can't get it to switch on. Another useless buy from Amazon

Wake up with out muscles pain.
I was surprised that its suggested that this gadget is not for over 70 years of age. I am 86 years of age and my first night experience used on 10 minutes settings. Woke up with no muscles pain.
