This is a wonderful book for the layman and medical practitioner alike. The layout is logical and makes it easy to find what you are looking for readily. Dr. Sodhi introduces each herb and reviews the chemical constituents and usage, citing many studies. The studies are so referenced that you can look them up easily. He also includes his own personal experiences with patients and includes a safety profile and dosage guidelines. This book is a treasure. I've known Dr. Sodhi for 20 years. He is a brillant man who continues to learn and who cares deeply about his patients and humanity. This is a book that will help you, your family and friends again and again.

One of my favorite books much more in depth than others that I have . Highly reccomended !!
