Better than I hoped for but was exactly what I needed.
It took seconds to set up, and I spent more time organizing the cables and figuiring where to put the dock than anything else. Just make sure your surface is close enough to see your face for login purposes, and you are good to go.

Works for a short time
Original: Works most of the time, but the connection is finicky. Quite often you have to move the connector around in order for it to properly connect and recognize multiple monitors. Occasionally has an odd hum coming from it when the computer is off but still plugged in, which isn't there when using the normal power adapter. For the price, I'm not very impressed. New: Seller contacted me and sent me a new one. New one has had no issues at all. Updated: New one started having issues about a year later. It no longer supplies power to the laptop, and the connection is very sensitive. If you bump the table it is sitting on then any connected devices will disconnect and reconnect a few times before it sorts itself out. Wouldn't recommend wasting your money on this.

When works great but I got a lemon
The dock worked for me for 2-3 weeks and then stopped working and constantly keep dropping the signal as well as Flickering, tried 2 different surface pro's with the same issue. Initially I thought it was the flicker issue on my surface but my devices worked fine without being connected to the dock. Sent back for a refund

Excellent customer service
The docking station has all the features I need for my Surface computer. The original unit had some minor defects in the SD card slots but it was replaced very promptly with a fully functional unit. I am very pleased with the customer service provided.
