It was shipped inside a plastic bag that didn't have the company name or any information on it. I would have liked it to have that information included and contact information as well because I ordered one as a gift.The items

Useful as stated. I use the large one but tested it’s staying power with the small one — I started a fire at my ranch, threw the little envelope in it, and gave it several minutes before hosing the fire down with the fireproof envelope still in there. After the fire was out I fished the envelope out and opened the package to find all the contents still protected as advertised. Great work!

These pouches are very sturdy looking and feeling. They have a secure zip closure and I was able to put a number of documents, such as wills and house closing papers in the large one. Passports, unused credit cards and social security cards easily fit in the small one. Plus, they both fit in my safe. Now, I just hope I never have to find out if they are fire or waterproof!

These packages are very secure. First, they look like document folders, so are innocuous. But they hold a lot and feel substantial. I haven’t tested whether they are truly fireproof but they would definitely keep papers, cash & contents safe in most circumstances

Seems like a good quality for the value. Hopefully will never have to find out if they hold up to fire
