Buy Nice or do the job Twice. It was worthwhile to use OEM plugs given the involved process on our transversely-mounted twin turbo. Very pleased with the gaps and subsequent return in responsiveness of the 3.5L Ecoboost. (I replaced the coils at the same time and used OEM, so cannot say these plugs were the sole cause of restored pepโฆbut I am pleased. Prior Motorcraft plugs had appropriate wear for age & mileage.)

OEM spark plugs and good quality, engine runs smoother and starts quicker. After 60k miles it was time to replace the plugs, I purchased the vehicle used and first thing I always do is replace the plugs. Not sure how much mileage the original plugs saw but they had some serious pitting, these EcoBoost engines run hot and the plugs definitely take a beating. The gap was perfect on all the plugs, but still best to check before installing. No issues installing the plugs other than the usual corroded bolt on the coil, there's a few videos out there on how to fix this.

I'm driving a 2015 Ford Expedition and it started to misfire. Figured I first go the cheapest route by replacing the spark plugs since I had the last replacement about 44k miles ago. (Had exactly the same plugs last time, and yes I know they are only rated for 30k miles, but lasted almost 44k miles without issues) Got these and replaced the old ones and the misfire is gone. Perfect fit replacement plugs. Great value since they are quite a bit cheaper than buying at your local parts dealer. Already perfectly pre-gapped. Recommend if u want the Ford factory plugs and don't want to spend an arm and a leg.
