Rubie's Alien vs. Predator Requiem Child Costume Mask

Tip: My son is 9 so the mask was a little big and floppy. He just put a regular hard mask (Cheap Halo mask from Walmart) underneath it and it molded right over it. Perfect fit. Good quality.

It's not as nice as what's portrayed in the picture...the grey area is not as smooth and there are splotches of paint from the dreds that are out of place. There are two vertical slits in the mouth area that are not shown in the picture and I will probably have to trim out the eyes a little to give a better view. Care is needed when modding as it will rip easily. It's comparable to what you'd find in a local store at this price.All vinyl masks packed in plastic bags come folded, flattened, and misshapen. I stuff these vinyl masks with newspapers and gently use the blow dryer on the heat setting, to round it out and fill out the shapes.I would never list this as a child's mask! It fits my husky 12 year old or myself with room to spare.I'm on a tight budget & the mask that comes with the full costume isn't as cool as this one, according to my son, so this worked for us.

The pictures do it more justice than it deserves. It's not accurate to the movie mask. The lights on the side work, but you don't get the triple scope like the movie. You get one red beam, one blue beam, and one flash light. The housing for the light is cheap and award looking. The mask, itself, is decent quality, but not proportional to the movie mask. It's recognizable, but not authentic. I would not recommend this for the pedantic Predator fan. Again; the quality is pretty good.

Very cool looking but it was a little deformed. I think it may have been smooshed for too long in maybe a warm temp. It wasn’t melted but I put it on a mannequin head to try and get the one side to stop dipping in but it did not help. My son still likes it and wore for Halloween but he wasn’t happy that it dipped in on the one side and looked messed up.

Since Predator is hitting the movie screen soon my son wanted to make sure he orders this part of his costume before they sell out- we got it within a week and are not disappointed! It is soft rubber, the smell is tolerable, the eye holes are big enough to see clearly and even though it says “kids” it could fit an adult which means for a child you can easily breathe. Someone suggested placing it over a helmet so it shapes, we’ve done this and it is relaxing nicely. Even if it doesn’t relax completely it looks awesome! He can’t wait for Halloween 🎃

This mask rocks! And it mite seem kinda crappy at first but all in all it's pretty cool. O.K., so when you get it's going to be all folded up so before you unfold it let it soak in hot water for 5-10 minutes so the fabric will soften up and it will unfold better. And if the face is kinda still folded in or mischapen, just put on a hockey mask first then put on the mask and it will bulk it up and give it a shape.

This would be the perfect product if not so smashed that you can't use it on your face without it being so non-fitting. I believe if you have time and can put it on a styrofoam head and leave for a week it may reset itself and work.

Pensaba que era más pequeña pero es de buen tamaño, le va a durar unos años a mi hijo, llegó a tiempo y sin ningún problema.

Adatto a un adulto, fatto molto bene

A ver...es una careta blanda y yo lo que hice es ponerla sobre un casco que tenia y así quedó perfecta para el disfraz de mi hijo de predador. Después le hice más rastas por detrás porque se quedaba la coronilla vacía y las pegué al casco y quedó genial. Le compre las garras y le acoplé varios detalles que le hice yo misma y mi hijo feliz. Disfraz para Halloween bonito y más barato que los buenos. Los que valen tan baratos son muy feos y dan risa.
