The new couple
Well i have to agree with some of the other reviews that it was a slow start but once i got to 40/50% i became keener and by 60% through i read the remainder in one sitting. In conclusion a worth while read . Thank you

Good read if unbelievable.
I have just finished a trilogy by this author about a police detective and enjoyed very much so I decided to download some more of her books .I very much enjoyed it even if the story is a bit unbelievable. The only reason I knocked a point of is when it gets to Liam’s side of the story it’s just repeating Kerens so going over what you’ve just read. The ending also was turn a page and it’s over ha ha. No build up. Saying that I did enjoy it and will now look for some more of hers to download.

Twisty, well plotted psychological thriller
I always enjoy Alison’s books and this one was no exception. The story centres around a young couple, Stephanie and Richard Hamilton, who move into a beautiful new home with their young daughter, Poppy. Jane, one of their new neighbours, tries to get to know them, but they seem reluctant to engage or make friends. It soon becomes apparent that things are not as they seem and, as Jane delves deeper, she is shocked at what she discovers….This was a slow burner, which I didn’t mind, but I thought the story was told well and kept me turning the pages. The characters were well portrayed, especially Jane, who I felt a lot of empathy for amongst her problematic marriage. The plot cleverly twists and turns, dropping lots of unexpected surprises along the way.A solid psychological thriller, which I would recommend.

Steady read
Part of the story had repetition but it was interesting reading the timeline from three of the main character's POVs. It wasn't the most gripping read and I can't see where the shocking twist is but as it kept me wanting to know how it ends, it gets a 4/5.

Good but not the massive twists I had hoped for
I enjoyed this book, so much so I read it in little over a day but there wasn’t the twists that I had hoped for. I would read another of the authors books though.
