Really enjoyed this product. Great taste and great value.... personally it helps me to drink more water in more appropriate amounts. The tub (for me) is much easier and convenient to use compared to the individual sachets as you can vary what you add to differing size bottles.

Causes bad stomach and pain, do not recommend especially when taking first thing in morning, had to throw this away

I need the electrolytes but they are so expensive. This brand has a better price point, tastes great and has helped me stay hydrated. It's lasting me a long time. My only gripe is that you need a scoop that will make adding to a bottle of water easier. But it tastes good, has lots of potassium and other electrolytes and I drink more water using this product.

I've tried multiple other electrolyte powders and this is by far the best. Especially since they changed the formula, it's even more flavorful than before. Other electrolyte powders taste too "salty" and it makes it unpleasant for me to drink so I found myself not drinking them as much. With this one, I have a scoop in a water bottle before bed and I look forward to having it every night. The flavor is delicious, sweet but not too sweet, and not salty at all. It mixes well if you add the powder first and then add the water rather than dumping the powder into water. Because this new formula is so flavorful, I usually add 1 scoop to a 16.9 fl oz bottle rather than the recommended 8oz because it doesn't taste watered down - so it encourages me to drink a little extra water.

I add a scoop into my cordial/ diluting drink every day, tastes yummy, sweet and a little bit tart like a cocktail!
