Nice tool set but battery life is trash.
I like the tools however the battery life is terrible I get between 10 to 20 minutes max and the power output isn’t great in my opinion . my old lower amp Makita batteries that I have had for three years are the same brand as this set and are as good or better than the new higher amp ones that came with this new Makita set. I would recommend that they give a larger amp battery in a set this size and cost. I would give a 5 star if that was the case and on a side note the carry bag is extremely good quality and very impressive. Overall a good set of tools.

Great service
Great tools. The charger quit right away. They had me go to a local dealer. The dealer handed me a new charger for free quicker than I could write my name down.

Great tool set i use to work on cell phone towers
Batteries charge fast wish they had bigger batteries like dewalt does but makita is stronger and gets the job done better than dewalt. Only problem i had was the radio wasnt bluetooth so i dont even use it since we usually dont get radio signals on cell phone tower sites. Other than that I’d recommend buying one more battery as you will never have to wait with 3 batteries.

Great Brand, Hard working Tool Set
We only tried these out because hubby was working for a House construction company and they recommended them. We now use these tools to build fence up in the mountains. Batteries could last a while longer so I suggest you buy extras and a 2 port charger. In the radio, the battery lasts about 7 hours. We ended up buying 2 extra batteries for $99.00 threw amazon. We will need to buy two more. Besides the battery issue though these tools will work as hard as you do, they will keep up.

Can't work without tools!
I bought these for a friend in Louisiana who had lost ALL his tools in a car accident over the Bonne Carre Spillway. Everything went into the swamp! Years of accumulated tools without which he couldn't do his work. He is thrilled with them. Hope he gets many years good use from them.
