Finally upgraded my 10+ year old big brick of a Samsonite adapter - you know the ones: they take up the space of 2 outlets, prongs don't stay out and/or sparks fly when you plug things in, and only a US plug can go into the female end. I travel to asia, europe and south america frequently and am thrilled with this universal adapter from Jarvania: v easy to use, much smaller and good looking, plus a cute zip bag, feels sturdy and looks like it's expensive. Most importantly, great function: any plugs in and any plugs out, PLUS 4 USB ports (charge your phones, et al, with your PC plugged in, etc., etc.) and easy access to the fuse plus a spare stored in the same overall housing. Love!

Good for adjusting to travel plug in needs I use it for home use well.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I thought I’d try to help out my fellow travelers. Just returned from a Europe trip and this little plug is just an awesome gadget! We were able to charge 4 smartphones (quickly) and plug a US device into a European socket at the same time! Just make sure that your device is rated for 110-240V 50/60Hz, or it may be damaged.In short, I used this to plug in six different hotels in three different countries without any issue. This is the second one I have bought from this seller. The first one came with a pouch and this one didn't wo I am a bit dissapointed. I would have rated it firve stars but the pins when pulled out for the relevant country go in the adapter while trying to plug it in the wall socket so you have to hold the little lever in its place with your fingers. Would have been perfect if there was a better lock to hold the plug out as it is a great product in all other ways. The price is great too and it works very well.

I wouldn't know how well this works overseas because I used it once in the US when I first got it to make sure that it worked, and it worked fine. However, when I took it overseas, it didn't work any more... The second attempt to use it was just about a week after the first, so that just sounds like a poor quality item. I did a lot of research when trying to figure out which universal charger I wanted, picking one that wasn't the cheapest because of all the great reviews. So it kind of sucks that I am now stranded in the UK without a charger, and only a battery pack to charge my phone for the rest of the time I'm here.And since I'm overseas for a while, I can't even return the item, so I get to lug a defective item around until I get back and hope that I still have time to receive a refund on it. While lightweight, it definitely takes up a good chunk of space in my bag. It would have been a disaster if I was going overseas for a while, like I'm doing later in April, to not have any universal adaptor and to have to purchase chargers in every country I'm going to. Hopefully the next universal charger I purchase does actually work...

Note: This product states on the label that it is not a voltage adapter. I used this on a trip to Europe in the UK and EU. The most useful thing was the four USB ports so that I could charge all of my electronics each night. I plugged in my iPhone, Apple Watch, an Amazon Kindle and a Nintendo Switch and all were charged by morning without problem. I did not use it any voltage dependent appliances like a hair dryer or a shaver. I do not believe it would work for those items.

Arrived quickly and very well packaged. It has a distinctive feel to it like a silicone coating, matte not shiny plastic. Has all the pins for what is written in the description and is operated by gently pushing down on each know (as shown in the photo) and letting the chosen pins slide out. Once done, you release the tiny knob and the pins stay in place. Some models when you push it in to the outlet also push the pins back in partially and do not hold as well as these.The adapter comes with spare, tiny fuses, as shown on the back. One is the main fuse (left side) and the other is the spare (right side). In addition, in a small plastic bag, you get another 4 fuses!! Nice touch.As one of the photos also shows, it comes in a nice little zippered black bag with the mini instruction manual.The only downside I see (but I could be wrong) is the 4 USB ports are on the underside of the plug which may be an issue for some depending how high off the baseboard/ground your AC outlet is.We bought it primarily to augment another world traveler adapter for our phones, iPads etc for our upcoming U.K. trip next month.I’ve given it 5 stars even though we have not used it yet, but by all accounts, having looked at various types and used them, this will give you the best bang for your buck!I will update the usage - with another set of photos from the 🇬🇧!Worth checking out and I hope you like my review and it helps.
