When the headlights are on they do not function correctly: These rear turn signals will quickly flash and these do not. Any reason why?

Sounds like the indicator wires are rolled, try checking there first. Then try them out after, with them on before you turn on headlights

It looks like there is an arrow or triangle in the mold... is that just pictures? Or are there actually arrows?

The arrow is J.W. Speaker's trademark super-imposed on the lens. Looks like they forgot to take it off when they knocked off the real thing. Check out J.W. Speaker Model 239

I have these and can not figure out how they secure ... not like the ones I took out with tabs you squeeze. Help, I am a senile old man!
