Q: Is the strap stiff or soft?

These straps are excellent for the money, my new go to!! I have dark brown, black, and tan, my only gripe is that the dark brown isn't as coffee bean brown as I'd like it. They aren't glove leather soft, but also not cardboard leather hard, somewhere nice in-between, that'll only take a day or two to break-in.

Just the job. Good for me. These new sliding fasteners are brill. Nice leather. Last a year to 18 months, even more depends on treatment.. Always have a spare.

Hello, you need buy 21mm watch strap. Both the 20mm and 22mm are not fit to your watch.

Q: Does the quoted widths available (18, 20, 22 mm etc) refer to the size of spring or to the width size of the leather strap and the spring?

It refers to the lug size on the watch! So just the leather bit where the spring at passes through is 18/20/22 mm
