At 52, post-menopausal, with generally dry skin, I do not deal with breakouts the way I did when I was younger—but that does not mean they never happen. The occasional blemish, clogged pore, or irritated spot still shows up from time to time, and when it does, I want something targeted that works quickly without destroying the surrounding skin. This product has been a great one to keep on hand. The first thing I appreciate is that this is a spot-focused treatment, not a full-face harsh acne product. That matters because many people only need help in specific areas, not aggressive treatment everywhere. The precision tube packaging makes it easy to apply exactly where needed. The texture is lightweight, easy to spread, with no fragrance and dries down nicely without leaving a messy residue. I can use a small amount on a blemish and let it do its job without feeling like I have a thick layer sitting on my face. Ingredient-wise, this formula is thoughtfully built. It combines BHA and AHA, which help exfoliate inside and on the surface of the pore, making it useful for congestion and rough texture. Niacinamide is one of my favorite ingredients because it helps with tone, balance, and calming the look of irritated skin. Zinc oxide adds a soothing, protective element that can be very helpful when skin looks angry or inflamed. That combination makes this feel smarter than the old-school drying spot treatments that simply try to burn everything out. What I noticed most is that troubled areas looked calmer, flatter, and less obvious faster than they would have on their own. It helps shorten the lifespan of those annoying random blemishes that seem to appear at the worst possible time. No, this is not a miracle product that erases a deep breakout in one hour. But it absolutely helps the area move in the right direction faster. I also appreciate that it did not leave the surrounding skin feeling overly stripped when used as directed. For more mature skin, that is important. We often need treatment products that work without creating a dry flaky patch around the problem area. Who I think this is great for: occasional blemishes, clogged pores, stress breakouts, hormonal spots, people wanting a modern spot treatment, or anyone who likes targeted solutions instead of treating the whole face. Who may want to skip it: extremely sensitive skin, people wanting a full-face acne routine, or those expecting instant overnight magic. Value-wise, I think this is excellent because you use a small amount at a time, so the tube should last quite a while.

My skin has been very clear and very soft due to the lack of acne. It absorbs into the skin nicely, no obnoxious fragrances and worth my money.

This stuff works amazing on inflamed acne I get around my period. A little on the spot overnight and there is significant improvement. Sometimes this and a hydrocolloidal patch make a massive difference for me!

So far the products is good. I will have to come back and give an update but so far it takes two days to clear up a pimple. I put it on at night because it has a noticeable color. The pimple by the morning of the second day just has redness or a slight bump. I will have to test more to see if I will repurchase.

I saw a TikTok creator talk about this so I decided to try it and I love it!! I usually put it spot treatment the night before on areas that I feel like are about to come on or worsen, and it seems to calm down the inflammation in the morning. I've also been putting it this one acne scarring spot on my left cheek and it has SLOWLY faded the hyperpigmentation scarring over the past couple of months. I wish I had taken before and after pictures of that spot, because it really has faded and now I can't even see it on my cheek. However, it's a trust the process type of thing and you have to be patient because it's not going to be immediate change. It doesn't have a smell - at least not to me. The consistency is not too thick but not completely runny thin either. It is yellow (almost like a turmeric color) when it comes out the bottle, but once you rub it in on your face you can't really tell. (I have this other turmeric cream paste that I sometimes use for pimples that you can definitely tell there's yellow stuff on your face if you use it.) This cream ever so slightly tacky, so I usually just use it at night as part of my skin care. I'm nearing the end of this first bottle, and I will have to restock on this. I definitely recommend this product!!

Im updating my review. This product takes time to work. You have to spot treat your acne and allow it to dry on the acne. Do it twice a day. Give it time. It takes about 3 days. It will pull out the pus but you have to unfortunately "pop the pimple". I mean it works but be patient

OMG this is amazing and works so good. Once I saw a pimple coming out, I use this and the next day it is gone. NO LIES! There is some sort of sorcery in this product! It’s so lightweight, you do not feel it on your face with no skin irritation whatsoever. This will be a forever staple in my routine with constant repurchasing!

This is my holy grail skincare product nothing has ever worked so well for me 10/10 the best !! The orange wash paired with this is chefs kiss. April skin is absolutely amazing and has saved my skin
