This Liposomal vitermin C is easy and pleasant to take. It is suitable to put in drinks for children, and for those who have difficulty swallowing tablets. 2000 mg is a good dose, and I have not had a cough or cold since taking it. I recommend.

I bought this for my 7-year-old and 14-year-old because neither of them likes swallowing tablets. Finding supplements they’ll take without a battle can be a challenge, so I was pleasantly surprised by this one. They both liked the flavour and had no issues with the texture. In fact, they were happy to take it themselves every day, which made life much easier for me! I also wanted a vitamin C supplement with more natural ingredients, so that was another reason I chose this product. We've been using it for a while now and I feel it's helped support their immunity and overall wellbeing. Of course, everyone's experience is different, but we've been really happy with it. If you have children or teens who struggle with tablets, this is definitely worth trying. Easy to take, tastes good, and no complaints from the kids! 😊

This is a great product. It tastes good, is easy to use and there's no bad after taste. It really worked for me with a cold helped reduce affects quickly and I felt much better using this.

Enfin une forme de vitamine C liquide, avec un dosage que je recommande : 4 gouttes toutes les 3 à 4 heures, soit 200 mg par prise. Grâce à sa forme liposomale, cette vitamine C présente une meilleure biodisponibilité et une demi-vie plasmatique plus longue, ce qui permet d’espacer les prises tout en maintenant un niveau efficace dans le sang. Le corps ne stocke pas la vitamine C, et sous forme classique (non liposomale), elle est rapidement éliminée, avec une demi-vie d’environ 30 à 60 minutes. Cela oblige à des prises plus fréquentes (toutes les 2 heures environ) si l’on veut éviter les pics suivis de chutes rapides. Avec la forme liposomale, l’absorption est plus stable et plus progressive, ce qui permet de couvrir les besoins cellulaires avec moins de prises dans la journée, sans sacrifier l’efficacité. También lo he usado para curar aftas de la boca, y al día siguiente la llaga desaparece. En mi casa lo tomamos siempre en los meses de invierno, que es cuando se necesita un refuerzo. Es un suplemento que no tiene añadimos, ni azúcar ni nada, sabe a naranja.
