D97 Bow String Replacement for Traditional Longbow and Recurve Bow Bowstring by Lightning

The Lightning Archery Flemish D97 String is fantastic. I acquired an AMO 60" string for my Snake 60. The string perfectly fits my bow and is exceptionally made. It arrived in a secure package and was in perfect condition. The center serving is thicker than the that on the original string and efficiently secured nocks. I tested the string using arrows of various spines and weights with different heads, including a broadhead, from the same bow. As expected when using a new Flemish string, the string expanded over the first 50 shots. It performed better than the original string launching heavier arrows and did better when sending shafts matched to the bow. The D97 is staying on my Snake 60! It is well worth the money. Very decent DF97 Flemish bow string. Low profile color, good for hunting. Can’t wait to put it on my silvertip.

I recieved this string a week ago. It fit well and have shot several times with it now. Quality is great and it has preformed perfectly. Over all happy with the purchase and will purchase again. Good value for a quality product.

Good string but the serving string I received on was set way to low can’t put a nock pin

Nice quiet string. Made out of solid material and will last a long time.

I bought this for my Samick Sage. I know that waxing the bow string is an important part of maintenance, but this flemish twist came super extra waxed up. The wax got all over my bow limbs and the string kept slipping out of the groove on the bottom limb, really messing up the arrow tragectory. I don't know what to do about the excess wax without fraying the strands. That's more my problem than the product. It did seem to fling the arrows a little bit faster, but I think I'll stick with dacron from now on.
