Great KVM switch
This is a great KVM switch, probably the best you can find.As a surprise, the version I received has in fact USB3.0 (5Gbs) ports and cables (not only 2.0 as in specs) which is a plus if you want to share any device outside a keyboard and a mouse. It also has 4 output USB ports, not only 3.Make sure the cables you use are the proper ones, for DP use only cables marked as DP1.4 8K to be sure you get all the bandwith. You need this cables even if you only use 4K but high refresh 120 or 144 MHz. Many times people complain and the culprit is the cable. Same for USB either use the cables provided (2 of them are USB 3.0 marked with blue) or if you need longer cables be sure they are also USB 3.0 marked with blue to get the proper bandwith. There are a lot of USB cables used mostly for charging which will only give you 480Mbs.(USB 2.0 speed). As a note, like many devices today, including phones it does not come with a power adaptor, either use an old one many of us have one , get one, they are cheap you need a basic one or use a power bar with USB outputs, the last 4 I bought all have USB outputs, this is not a problem. Make sure you connect the USB-C input marked as power to this. For power any USB-C to A cable will do, if you need alonger one get the cheapest (there is one included but like the 2 data cables is relatively short).Until now the switch works great, no problems to report.

Works exactly as advertised
I use this KVM to switch between a MacBook Pro 16" and a gaming PC, outputting to a Gigabyte M28U 4k / 144hz monitor. The device performs exactly as advertised, and is able to drive the display at 4k / 144hz from both systems. Switching between the two is quick and reliable. I was experiencing some display flickering at first, but I replaced the Displayport cable between my monitor and the KVM, and the problem hasn't occurred since. Would highly recommend!

Doesn't work consistently with Caldigit TS4dock
Works fine while connected, but switching doesn't always wake the attached devices. Caldigit TS4 sometimes required the KVM/monitor to be unplugged/replugged on switching.

No issues so far!
So far it works for the intended purpose. I haven’t had issues, I use my HP ELITEBOOK and Alienware to connect to the monitor. For now the resolution looks great, handy and sleek looking DP KVM.
