Easy to use. Not too heavy.

Awesome canner for this beginner!
Absolutely love this. It's big but light weight. Got it in a day early, pulled deer meat out of freezer and canned 12 jars the day I got it in and I'm a beginner.

Well Worth the Price
A lovely canner, well made and easy to understand. also induction ready. Holds as many jars as my worn out old presto, but not as deep so much easier to clean. If you have a water bath canner your rack will fit in this. Helpful instruction manual and a 3 year guarantee.

EXCELENT PRESSURE CANNER
First off, I LOVE this product. Its an excellent pressure canner and works fantastic. The only reason for 4 stars is because the user manual was a little tricky to understand. They tell you that you get two weights, One 5 lb and one 10 lb. They state that the red one is the 5 lb. Well, mine are both black with different size holes. I was very confused as to which steam release nozzle to use and which weight to use. But luckily, I have a friend with the same pot who was willing to help me decipher and figure out how to put it together to make sure it was safe and able to be used. It would have been nice to have a booklet with some recipes also...but hey! Its ok! That's what the internet is for!

Doesn't hold the amount of jars like they say
I like the canner but my issue is that it comes with only one wrack and no other wrack will fit so you can double stack, so I ordered one for the company, then I also went thur Amazon to order another one, so they finally sent me a replacement and all 3 wracks was bent and 2 was warped, and for presser canning they need to set straight, they came in a dark plastic bag so probably damaged in shipping, but I won't order more, so if you don't want to can extra like it says then the canner will work fine Update. I reached out to the company and they worked with me getting a rack to me that worked great, my canner is always working great and Denali company was easy to work with. The canner it's self is a delight

Easy to use & deserves 10 stars
I debated for months which pressure canner to purchase after my old one bit the dust. I wanted to make sure that my glass stove top would handle the canner and decided that the Denali 23 quart would be the best option. I was not disappointed. This canner is amazing. It is light weight and easy to use. Place the required weight on the lid, fill the canner with the appropriate amount of water along with your jars that have been properly filled and the 2 piece lids adjusted, close the lid, turn on the burner to medium heat (I did have the water pre-heated because the jars of food were hot), and wait for the weight to start jiggling, then turn down the heat to low. It's that simple. You don't have to sit and wait for steam to start venting and then wait another 10 minutes; it does it automatically. All you have to do now is set your timer and do whatever you need to while the canner does the work. The canning lids are well made, too. I was able to can 9 jars of carrots one day, and 22 jars of broth the next day without any issues. I highly recommend the Denali canner and products. If it were possible to give them 10 stars, I would.

Horrible materials
This canner sucks. The PSI guage is off by about 3 psi. The metal the pot is made of is super cheap, and the ply is poorly mated. I have used this canner three times for a total of 6 hours and the seams at the edges are coming apart. The steel attracts calcium residue from the water and holds it to the point that no amount of CLR or Vinegar will clean it off. The trivet it comes with is officially the worst object i have ever come into physical contact with. it is made from a thin and resonant steel which creates a "nails on a chalkboard" sound when it touches anything. anything at all. Even simply holding it in my hands, i get the nails on chalkboard feeling. Horrible. The stuff of nightmares.

Pressure canner
I love this pressure canner and will be getting a 2nd one, before the next food prep season. It’s easy to use, even easier than the electric one I have.

Easiest pressure canner I’ve ever used
This canner is so much easier to use than my old one. I bought this because the old one will not work on an induction cooktop. But the convenience of no preheating and no venting is something I would have purchased years ago if I had known. I’ve pressure canned spaghetti sauce with meat, chilli con carne with meat and tomato sauce so far, so much easier than it used to be.

Almost a five star.
If it wasn't for the steam coming out from the seal while the pressure is building up, I would give it a five star. I will try it again tomorrow and see if it is still doing the same.
