This was bought for my elderly mother who has a fractured top of her back she has found it a god send to relieve the pain and get the heat to affected area.It stays in place when she walks about as it has a Velcro fasten and also heat holds in it for a good length of time not like cheaper ones we have tryed.

This is so comfy to wear and has definitely helped with shoulder pain

Bit heavy when filled

I have damaged vertebrae’s C4 C5 C6 and C7 this causes considerable pain to my neck area, tingling in arms fingers and around neck. Surgery is too risky and out of the question. I have lived with this condition for years. It's just great sitting there with the heat radiating through my neck. This is not a cure for my condition, but it don’t half feel good when I’m using it. Have found that putting it in the micro wave (1000) for about 4mins 30secs can give you 20-30 mins of heat relief, I like it real hot. I would certainly recommend this product to any one with neck pain similar to what I have. Perfect for easing away pain and discomfort. If you are looking for a heat bag that really works this is the one you should use.

A couple of things it would be better if the neck part was a little longer and if it stays warm for longer.I worry about regularly heating it up and it's frustrating that it's not particularly warm and only last 10mins or so
