I'm shocked when see this product after I opened the Amazon envelop. It's almost the worst quality product I have purchased from Amazon. The most important thing is that the rubber used to produce this item looks very bad, it maybe harmful to your ear! Please don't use it, return it or destroy it immediately. Amazon should not allow this kind of trash quality being sold in Amazon's website as it really ruins the reputation of the online sale. By the way, the plastic handle of this product seems very cheap material being used. There is no any information such as manufacturer's name, address, contact.... It's from a no-name manufacturer and might be illegally produced.

I'm not a fan of shoving cotton q-tips into my ear to "clean" wax. It always just clogs my ears more. I used some earwax drops, rinsed with warm water and used this. Didn't work right away. The next morning in the shower I used it and pulled out so much wax and totally cleared out my ear. It was kinda gross to see, but I don't remember the last time my ear was this clear. I use it fairly regularly now in the shower. I'd argue that the rubber tip is actually too soft, but it'd probably be dangerous if it was any harder honestly. I love this thing.

Not sure where the positive reviews are coming from. The handle part where the tips attach is way too wide to get deep enough into your ear without feeling like you are forcing it. the actual tips are so soft and spongy that they just collapse as you are trying to use it. Maybe I'm missing something but this was a complete fail.

Item was as described; however, my ears are too small and ear wax removal tool would not fit into my ear space. Tip of wax removal tool touched my ear hole but could not fit close enough to enter my ear hole. I tried both ears. Then I contacted seller, explained the problem, they replied they would refund if I returned item and they included a prepaid UPS label. I printed the label, dropped off item at UPS and refund appeared in my account. Sad it didn't work but glad they processed refund. I opened and tried tool the same day I received it.

This product looks like it would work but the attachments that I received all had sharp edges that feel like they are cutting the ear lobe. When looking at the attachments they have plastic that looks like it wasn’t trimmed down, which is causing discomfort anytime I try to use.Another issue is that the instructions show the attachments in a case but mine were just in a plastic bag.The fact that these were sent like this and they are causing damage while using I have to give this a 1 star. They are unusable. DO NOT BUY.Find another brand if you want to try something like this out

What's with the low rating on this? Seriously? I give this 5 stars. The last time I used a swab was when it got stuck in my ear canal. Fun. Finally I switched over. Don't like liquid. I found this GENIUS invention. You just need the attachments and go to work. So easy and best of all it's safe to use. Gets wax out every time! My new go to ear wax removal Added to my fav list! The overall product concept is great but a major design flaw. The handle and soft tip seem to be nicely designed but the base of where the tip and the handle connect is very jagged. As you rotate the corkscrew handle the "soft" part feels fine but the part that is against your ear is very uncomfortable and after a few turns it pretty much unbearable. If this had a soft (i.e. silicon) base against your ear canal it may be a great product. Also think there should be multiple lengths of the tips in the pack (sm, med, lg). I found the standard size did not fully reach my inner ear and when I pushed to get further the pain from the aforementioned base was just way too uncomfortable. Really like the concept, hoping the manufacturer sees this and makes some improvements.
